Review 1：Beds were too soft, wellness wasn`t really there, even though they class themselves as a wellness hotel

Review 2：The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean

Review 3：Absence of bar or restaurant during evening hours. Very weak cold watter flow in wellness. It nearly goes drop by drop. Impossible to enjoy sauna as it normaly should be. Also, strange place to get undressed.

Review 7：Staff on check-in was talking to colleagues about a problem with the printer and didn't pay much attention to us. Showerhead in our room had a lot of chalk on it, which caused problems to the waterflow.

Review 11：Informed reception staff that the mattress was the most uncomfortable I had slept upon in 'years'. They explained that some rooms were still to be renovated and that it was an ongoing process. When they were told that appeared unacceptable without them telling prospective guests beforehand they answered that it was being attended to! The scrambled egg at breakfast could be likened to a 'sponge' cake. Badly prepared and exceptionally dry!

Review 12：I had paid in full 4 weeks in advance for 6 nights. I missed the first night, I turned up second night and they had sold on my room. Due to the nature of my trip, I had no method of contacting the hotel to advise them.

Review 46：The room we got it wasn't like the room on the picture. We booked a junior suit, and it was a normal double room with two chair and table. There was a kettle in the room and only 2 bags of tea, no coffee, no milk. When we asked for a coffee and milk we got an answer that if we want to have a coffee we have to order from the restaurant. It's a four stars hotel and it's missing basic facilitis. It isn't value for money.

Review 52：A great location with free parking facilities included in the centre of Bad Harzburg. A very well presented and plentiful breakfast offered each morning. Very hospitable and friendly staff throughout - overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Hotel is a dog friendly - we had our 2 dogs with us throughout our stay. We would definatly stay here again and will no doubt be back on our next trip to the Harz Mountains.

Review 53：Too many stairs. Although there is a lift, we had to go up and down afew steps to get to our room, which was difficult with a pram, but wemanaged. Also steps at the main entrance and no ramp as an alternativeoption. The restaurant food choice and quality was a bit disappointed.We ate their on the second night for convenience, and would not goneback again if we had been staying for longer. Although a no smokinghotel, the room had a smell of smoke when we first walked in. Once wehad opened the balcony door and aired the room it seemed to go away.

Review 55：We had no complaints at all. The suite we booked was huge with a loveylbig terrace and immense bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, in factthe bacon was really like bacon and not the ersatz so often served. Aperfect location at the head of the "flaniermeile" and directy linked tothe main through road.No complaints and we are already planning toreturn for a longer stay.

The first thing is, if the hotel is offering free parking then there should be enough spaces for the guests of the hotel and not when you turn up for a great weekend you have got to park somewhere else in town. Secondly if you are a Spa and Wellness hotel and offering these services and you fancy a massage or something they are offering and you go to enquire about it, then to be told the next appointment is in 5 days time (we arrived on Friday for the weekend, to be told the next appointment they had was Tuesday). Thirdly the breakfast buffet could be stocked up more often and not wait until it's all gone.
