Review 1：Terrible service, not friendly staff at all. Air conditioner was broken on the middle of the night and my room was filled with water!!! Breakfast was every day the same, and the most strange behavior of their staff was when they decided to us what to eat and how much (one plate for 2 adults, one child and infant). For more, this hotel doesnt have to do nothing with castle, its just an restaurant with castle look, and their rooms are close to restaurant (anex).
