Review 1：Personal at night shift was rude. We couldnt get any glasses,cups, botle opener or plates. Only spoons. No ketle in room for tea. Breakfest was poor. It was freezing all night.

Review 4：Location great. Very easy access for train station and easy walk to main centre of Turin. Staff were lovely. Rooms very clean but very very small. Good for a few days only. Breakfast was simple. Brioche, coffee and juice. Perfect for our 2 days there. Local market a few streets away. A few coffee shops in the area which was very handy, and a newsagent. Small supermarket nearby as well.

Review 5：the hotel has very basic rooms and breakfast is also pretty skinny. Although I've booked the room with a 40% discount I feel like I've payed too much for it

Review 7：We traveled by the end of November 2015 and we freezed in our room during night-time because after 1 o'clock a.m. the heat was closed in the hotel. So we had terrible discomfort during our three nights spent here. Breakfast very poor: only croissants. I don't reccomend this hotel.

Review 8：The reception staff was unfriendly when checking in, seemed that answering simple questions regarding breakfast and internet was too much. And we spoke fluent Italian, can't imagine how the receptionist would communicate with English speakers. Was shocked as we were asked to leave our id documents overnight at reception. Also the city tax had to be paid in cash and almost 10 euros more than advertised on website. Very poor choice for breakfast. The most dissatisfied we were with the mold in the bathroom, corners of the walls and the ceiling were black with it. The shower head was unusable and all covered in mould. Deep cleaning required! Please avoid.

Review 19：The bed is really comfortable. Spacious room. Great value for money. As we needed to get the bus just in the end of the road it was very convenient. We had a walk to the centre in the night It's about 20 min but very pleasant and safe walk!

Review 21：I got discounted price & it's very near the train station so it's very convenient to take the airport bus back to the airport, which has the bus stand in front of the train station. The staff managers are also very helpful in giving information and very nice.

Review 22：Breakfast must be improved. Only sweet breads, some juice, coffee and tea provided when we stayed. Only one night we had a group of students at the hotel, had a noisy time. The wall of the room might be not soundproofed well (wouldn't be recommended to someone need proper quietness). But once I made a complaint on the noise, the staff told them to be quiet, it got better. We appreciate the staff's support :-)

They stop the heat at midnight which I don't understand because we were on winter and the heat is necessary specially when they just offer one sheet and a blanket on the beds. When we asked for more blankets the next day they tell us that we had to asked for them earlier before 17:00 and they didn't gave us any. They never said that there was a deadline to ask for blankets when we did the check-in Also they have several reminders inside the rooms of the time of check-out but none when it comes to blankets or when they stop the heat at night! Horrible place to stay on Winter but maybe its the same on summer... they stop the air conditioner. Breakfast was a joke just one coffee and a croissant. Stay away!!

Review 108：- The room was rather dirty, there was a lot of dust on the lamps and night-tables,- It was cold at night and there was only one thin blanket in the room - I wanted to buy the Intenet access after I arrived in the evening but was informed by the receptionist that he didn't know how to print it out, so I had to wait till next day before I could connect to the web, - During checkout I was informed that I couldn't pay with a card, because they "had problems with the terminal", I could only pay cash. Wish someone had told me earlier so I could withdraw enough money to do so... - I know the hotel was cheap so I didn't expect much, but the breakfast was really just sad. - Generally, if you're just looking for cheap places to stay in Turin for a night or two, I'd recommend the ones near Porta Nuova instead.
