Review 1：The room was right over the street and extremely noisy. Breakfast was cold. The bed was like sleeping on a board and the safe didn't work, the tv remote did Not have batteries, the white taxis were not available and much more!

Review 2：Breakfast, very poor presentation, Limited TV programs, the good ones like HBO, Cinemax are blocked, rest of the programs the films were mostly in Spanish

Review 4：Really old place badly maintained. We changed rooms 3 times. First wassmelling like hell ; a sink that gives you a "duo" "washyour hands and feet at once"; you could count the drops of watercoming from the shower; the second room was beside a ballroom that theystarted a "sound test" at 4;30 am when we called to complaintthey said " we sorry but the event was booked in advanced ".

Review 7：food is pricey but having an apartment gives you the alternative of eating in, there are cheap restaurants near by and takeaway. The windows in some rooms do not close properly.

Review 8：excellent staff, comfy bed, big room. Having to leave Bogota for a couple of days days we left our big cases at the hotel.

Review 9：Almost unexistant WiFi, very cold rooms with poor blankets, same price breakfast buffet for adults than for children (6-year old). When calling for support, like technician for WiFi, sometimes you will wait forever and the guy will not come.

Review 10：The first room they put me in wasn´t good at all, had many wrong details and it looked like it hadn´t been used in years. But after the first night they changed me.

Review 12：The first night they put me in a room that probably hadn´t been used in quite a while. It was dirty and had many damages. But they made up for it and next morning moved me to a fantastic room. We had a kitchen but didn´t have anything to make it useful. It was lacking all the basic things like cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.

We got to the property at about 2:00, and 45 minutes later, after filling out paperwork, etc., we were told that the apartments would not be ready until 3:00. We went to lunch across the street, and returned at 3:35 to find that the apartments were still not ready.

Review 15：The apartments were spacious and very well-equipped. A large mall across the street had provisions and the restaurants nearby were good.

Review 16：They had difficulty in finding my reservation - check in time was almost 30 min. Christmas party was loud and we could not sleep. However, they did change our room for New Year's events.

Review 18：The hotel managers and staff are not too friendly. We made reservations for two suites and they charged almost double for what booking confirmed. We placed a complaint to booking. Also, foreign tourist should not have paid the 16% tax for hotels. They said that you can recover it at the Airport but the officials there said that it is the hotel responsibility to discount it. If you like the hotel, just consider the advertise price as double the amount.

Review 20：The bed was hard. According to DIAN Bogota's tax authority this hotel was not allowed to charge taxes to visitors. To me this is unethical and I would not visit this hotel again for that reason only.

Review 22：A culture of corruption always trying to confuse the customer and tocharge extra to increase your bill. You have to check all your chargeswith a magnifying glass. Many charges are just invented. Sometimes theyrefuse to disclose what the charges are for. The apartments were filthy.The bathrooms were disgusting. Biological residuals from previouscustomers were present. The physical infrastructure of the apartments isfalling apart. The lack of cleanliness caused me to get sick withdiarrhea which lingered after I returned to the us. The pictures thatyou see in the advertisement showing the quality of the apartments aremisleading. I have my own pictures to prove that you will find birdfeces on the balconies and rodent feces on the floor. The apartmentsshould be two or two and a half stars at the most. For the same moneyyou can find more comfortable and upscale apartments within the samebuilding complex but managed by different companies. This would be amuch better deal. The hotel rooms are a different story. They arecomfortable, up to standards, clean and well maintained; but they arehighly overpriced. The most difficult part was that Estelar Hotels isunderpaying the employees, and as a result you find very incompetentpeople around. The hotel has a culture of overpricing and overchargingto make you pay more. I have a business discipline and am fluent inSpanish and I was forced to be extremely careful to make sure that thehotel did not take financial advantage of me.
