Review 1：No air conditioning Very poor & limited menu, no real choices for those of a Western Europe background.

Review 3：The carpet was in really bad condition in our room... so many stains it was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had issues of leaking. Smoking is aloud in the bar/reception area. It was a cold weekend on our stay and there was no heat in the room. (The heater didn't work). Only one English speaking TV channel (for a hotel of this size and star rating it should have more). Mini bar selection weak and way over priced. A bit of a walk for the city bus and pretty far from the center of town. The bus station is very far away. The hotel staff has a lot to learn about customer service. Very rude on check in and again at check out (two different people). Also a problem came up about our room and the management will not accept responsibility and keeps placing the blame elsewhere. Will not stay here again unless customer service is improved and the place is cleaner/updated.

Review 4：Breakfast was really good, pool is nice, wifi worked fine. Restaurant staff was very nice and helpful and the food is great. They speak English at this location for the most part. Parking seemed to be fine even on a busy weekend. Market right across the street. Easy to find.

Review 5：Smoking in the reception foyer and bar area. The bed had no mattress protector and we received bites from something all night - very poor nights sleep consequently. The bedroom and entire hotel were dirty by UK standards which was a real shame because the actual building, and size were lovely. I would not stay again until the cleaning staff have been taught how to clean because they are letting down the hotel and remainder of the staff who took all their jobs seriously !

Review 6：The staff were very helpful with good English . We had hired bikes with us and they were securely stored in a locked cage within an underground locked garage. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good ; as was breakfast.

Review 7：Breakfast service: buffet was messy; plates, cups, forks were missing and not replaced on time. Coffee machine was not working as it was not filled with water. You could here the convwrsations of the guests staying next door, It was rather noisy.

Review 9：The hotel had no knowledge of my booking through Booking.com. This is the second time I have arrived to check in at a hotel booked through Booking.com & they have no knowledge of my reservation. This is not what you need at the end of a long day. This is clearly not the hotels fault but Booking.coms fault. In future I will book through the hotel direct to make sure I have a reservation and probably save money too.

Review 10：The hotel has plenty of parking and although when I got there they had no knowledge of my booking through Booking.com they managed to squeeze me in and it was nearly half the price of the Booking.com price and was a great room.

Review 16：The restaurant is well above the Czech norm: varied and interesting. The swimming pool is great.

Review 17：Our luggage was lost by airlines. Your staff at front desk were very helpful in trying to get through to the airlines and locate our luggage. They were just as happy as we were when it was delivered!
