Review 5：Very poor choice of breakfast, just a few cold cuts, rolls and jams. No fresh fruit. A few cold boiled eggs etc. Not much for guests looking for healthy alternatives. Requested two extra pillows prior to arrival, which were not provided and as a result had a very uncomfortable night.

Review 6：I saw the announcement in my room Nr 418 that until midnight the reception is open. On 17 June my colleague and me arrived at 11.45 pm and my colleague couldn't get into the room. We decided that she should sleep in my room (there were 3 beds)

Review 11：The check-in took a long time as there was only one member of staff onat a time when the hotel will be busy, just after working hours whenpeople check in. The internet was very slow. I rang a central supportnumber, and the guy told me it was busy, which didn't really helpme. I couldn't even read e-mail, so it's not really fit forpurpose. The fittings of the room are cheap and meant for robustnessrarther than to be pleasing on the eye. The toilet paper was of thecheap kind meant for cheapness rarther than for comfort. I didn'tlike the fact that I had to pay for breakfast at check in, and there wasno option to pay for it when I woke up and fancied breakfast in themorning. Carpet was very thin.

Review 12：I liked the shower and I liked the location as it is very close to myoffice. The bed was a good size, I asked for a double room. The pillowsand blanket were clean and comfortable. I like the fact I could buydisposable razors and dental kit from the vending machines.

Review 13：Staff was polite but had problems just putting a small smile while we checked in. The beds are awful! Very very, really very narrow you had to think over before you change side. The cover very short, I guess with my 1,92m I am not quiet meant for this hotel. The A/C in our room was not working accurately. Although we set the temperature at the lowest temperature it was operating at full the entire night. The wifi was ok, however I couldnt send some important emails over my smartphone due to restriction in the access of the wifi. Finally the breakfast was one of the worse I have ever eaten in a German hotel; and I travel a lot in Germany believe me. It is definitely not the 7,5 Euro worth just to get some discounter cheese, ham and marmalade; I would avoid it and would buy something from a bakery outside!

The store told me they had sent it two days ago, so they called the hotel to deal with them, then finally found my suitcase.

Review 79：I only stayed here for one night as I was attending the Frankfurt Book Fair. The hotel was less than 5 minutes from the train station, surprisingly quiet and very clean. It was also very close to the Messe and main station so easy access to Central Frankfurt and would definitely stay again.
