Review 1：Would like to have blackout curtains as it can be bright in the morning. Towels and bedding could be a bit more plush but okay for what we paid.

Review 2：Conveniently located near Palladium shopping mall and only 7 minutes walk to Old Town Square. Very friendly staff who arranged our transfers. Very good value for money.

Review 7：I received a royal welcome here: the receptionist had locked himself out and had to clamber over the counter! Basic accommodations, but an absolute pleasure to meet the staff. The breakfast was also a treat.

Review 10：The location and value for your money a little dated need an up grade but then you wouldn't be paying the prices they offer . I would stay again if in Prague.

Review 11：Rooms were a bit worn out. Everything was quite clean but for example sewers were backed up. Also it is nosy in the rooms since there is a tram stop right next to the hotel but it didn't bother us too much. You can get used to the sounds.

Review 13：Interior and decoration very basic, beds uncomfortable (backache everynight), staff was ok until one of them decided to say 'you do know this is only a 3 stars hotel' !!! and I was just requesting a pack breakfast because I started very early in the morning, I could understand if he said it cannot be prepared due to late notice or kitchen staff will not be here that early .... etc. But not need to remind that I am staying in 3 stars hotel, therefore I could only have 3 stars service!! I always work in Prague but never been that mad with a staff response, most of the hotel in Prague even 3 stars ones do provide 5 stars service, EXCEPT this one! Locations alright, but said that there are lots of hotels on the same street with similar price, just like the one cross the road, which my client stayed in, similar price with much better facility and service!

Review 15：Hotel was on a main street with the tram on it running constantly so rooms were loud all night. Breakfast was a typical european breakfast of meat and bread but with a couple pastries. Sheets were clean but the rest of the room wasnt and the shower wouldnt drain so you had to hop in and out quick or you would flood the bathroom. The mini bar in the room had serveral bottles that were half drank then put back in so make sure of that as soon as you check in so you dont get charged.

Review 22：We didn't like the lack of air conditioning. Luckily, we stayed in the second half of August, so temperatures were not so high, but for those who stayed earlier it had to be hard time. Opening window in the night is not an option because of noisy street and trams. Wifi is good for checking email and browsing webpages, but it is too slow for video streams. There were too few tables in breakfast room.

Review 23：We liked excellent location and great breakfasts. Price was not so bad - we have paid 60 euros per night plus parking fee (about 13 euros per night) in high season.

Review 26：t was very hot when during our visit and we badly missed air-conditioning in our room. But this weather and A-C is not so common for Prague. There is a tram that goes right in front of Hotel which made opening windows even more difficult to cope with high temp.

Review 28：Dated room and furniture. Bed with two different mattress (different thickness - 5 cm difference and firmness). Shower with fungus. Dying old TV set - broken half of screen - 9 channels and no english programme. Very slow WIFI. Reality was very different than booking.com pictures :(

Review 30：No safety deposit boxes in the room, wifi strength was great; however, every time I used my smartphone I needed to enter the password to gain access. I noticed the rooms did not have air conditioning...we didn't need it but if it were hot during our travelers I would have needed it.

Review 31：Absolutely loved the breakfast. Best European breakfast I've ever had, so many options other than bread and yogurt. The location was nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Review 32：In summer the rooms are pretty hot, and there is no AC. I opened the window but a lot of mosquito came in.(of course it's not the fault of the hotel) The other thing, there is just one receptionist in every shift, and you have to wait sometimes if you would like to ask something or just pick up your keys. It would be nice if there would be 2 persons behind the desk - not only for the guests but for the staff too :)

Review 33：The location is great, everything is in walking distance. If you like walk, you can reach everything from here. The rooms are clean and tidy, however the hotel is a little old fashioned, but if you just sleep here, it's perfect. The staff is nice and helpful, which is one of the most important thing, I think. The breakfast is rich, and delicious. I will come back.

Review 34：The mattress was not very soft and the carpet was hard to walk bare feet. The breakfast had lots of pork option but there are no chicken item the very first day of our stay and second day we just had noodles with chicken and comparatively Pork items were more. Chicken is preferred by most so I would suggest to bring chicken variety as well and also if you could name the dishes it would be easy for the guests to understand what was served without asking the staff again and again if it was veg chicken or pork or fish :)

Review 35：The guy at the reception was very nice. He helped us a lot with how to reach any place we asked for and he was friendly and talked to us very nicely about the trip and other experiences. The location was perfect, near to city center, tram station, old square market.

Review 39：The hotel is a bit old, so the room had a slight smell of mold, but if you leave the window open it will be ok. If you are easily disturbed by the traffic noise in the night, make sure to request a room facing the opposite of the street.

The area is perfect, close to the Old town square, Starbucks in front of the hotel, supermarket, many restaurants, a large shopping mall. Also, the breakfast is super good.

Review 50：This hotel has excellent staff, with a location near the train stations but a short walk enough from the downtown crowds that it feels restful. The guests are a internationally diverse and the overall feel of the place is quiet and cooperative. A great place to rest in a busy city. Special kudos to the head of the breakfast buffet.

Review 51：Not sure where parking is located, but it was in a secure location and costs €14 a day. We didint have to use it. We went around Easter and parked where it was free the entire time, withing a 2 minute walk of the motel.

Review 52：McDonalds, KFC, Subway, LIDL, a mall and all attractions were within a 2-12 minute walk. Staff (especially Martin and Maria) were very helpful and spoke great english. There are plenty of tourists brochures for what to do and where to go.

Review 53：Loading in our group off the street from a big bus is difficult since there is not a loading zone. But I don't think a loading area is possible so close to the center

Review 54：The staff was great. The girl checking us in was patient and precise while smiling and generally happy even with the pressure of checking in 2 large groups at one time. Maria and Martin also dealt with every minor detail asked of them even when occupied with other work at the desk or multiple tasks at the same time.

Review 55：Receptionist was friendly on check in but not so nice on check out. It's noisy as it's close to road, bed is hard and the heat in the rooms was too warm and u couldn't turn it off so had to keep window open

Review 68：We stayed mid August and the room was quite hot with no temperature control. We opened the windows which faced the main street so it could get loud sometimes, however it was nothing unbearable. Overall a very good stay, and we would recommend it and stay again!

Review 69：We stayed for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised. Great location: 5 minutes walk from the station and within 15-20 min walk to the centre. Very large and clean bedroom with en suite, clean towels, and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was impressive with a range of sweet, savory, hot and cold options. Free wifi and friendly staff.

Review 70：Spiders. Way too many spiders, entered room and immediately felt cobwebs on our faces. Several large spiders in plain view on the ceiling. Multiple more crawling out of the curtains and furniture. Very unpleasant nights sleep as a result. Generally very dated furniture, not very noise proof either. No AC, room was incredibly hot.

Review 75：When booking I asked for a double bed, was told this was fine. Arrived to find two singles. No air conditioning and room was facing the main road so very noisy. Maria was rather short tempered not overly willing to help too much. I asked to take some pastries up to my room as my partner was not feeling well, I was told no and that everything HAD to be eaten in the dining hall. Website said a plug adapter was available, this was not available. I booked well in advance but was given a room directly in front of the elevator.

Review 77：- the shower was broken and it was not fixed after we told the hotel staff about it - the shower cabin had no door, it had only an inefficient curtain - the bathroom had rusty plumbing and it wasn't cleaned properly - the room doesn't have air conditioning and it is very hot in summer. It is very noisy when you are forced to sleep with the window open - we arrived on a saturday and the hotel staff did not inform us that the parking in front of the hotel was free on weekends, so we payed 14 euro/day for the private parking - the breakfast area is very small and we had to wait in order to sit at a table - the hotel is very expensive for its facilities

Review 79：Never drink or eat anything from minibar especially water. This was the most expensive water i have ever drank in my whole life. They charged about 10 € about a liter of water. Wi-fi is not accurate in hotel rooms but is Ok in the lobby.

Review 81：1it's too noisy outside, even we close the window, it doesn't help. it's hard to sleep at night. 2. the room is too too too warm, much warm than the outside, and no air conditioner to help to cool down the room. this makes us even more hard to fell asleep. 3. the room is totally different from the pictures on booking, we feel like we are cheated. facilities are too old, like from 1980s. 4. mirror in the bathroom are too high for ordinary people, we cannot wear high heels in the bathroom all the time 5. the location is nor far away from the city center but there is no light at night, this is not safe for girls especially in an area which is too noisy at 1am. 6 the room is not bright enough, and lamp is not easy to use.

Review 83：There is not any reserved parking place in front of the hotel where you can stop for few second in order to drop off the luggages and get the long terms parking details. Definitely if you arrive by car.

By the hotel you can catch the tram 23 which allows you to visit the castle . Rooms are comfortable and breakfast excellent . The staff is polite and helpful.The ratio price/quality very good . Review 88：One of the curtian was missing when I checked in to the room, I reported to the reception and got it replace on the 3rd morning. If you are light sleeper, bring along your ear plugs, at mid night there are still trams and horse carriage noise that you can hear it from the hotel room. The wifi will get disconnected if your device is inactive.

Review 89：If you will like to stay at a hotel that is nearby to the main station (10-15mins) and walking distance to the old town square (10-15 mins), this is the hotel you should stay. The breakfast time is perfect for me as its till 10am even you have your breakfast at 930 you will still get a whole range of nice selection.
