Review 1：No renovation has been done in the whole hotel since the 70ties. No elevator. Very old bathroom and shower with little water coming out. Small old tv.

Review 4：The hotel is very well located: near to the city and the lake. It is one of the best place for shopping and city tour. Restaurants are near by and you can access most of the places by foot. The personal is/was very friendly, ready to help so you can have a pleasent stay.
Review 5：The only issue for me was the bad sound proofing. I could hear the person cough in the other room, or the TV late at night. If you are sensitive to noise and you need to wake up in the morning I would not recommend. With good earplugs maybe.

Review 7：The hotel is inset to the back of a mall, so figuring out how to get there, even with Google can be challenging by car, as any drive is hard to identify. We suggest turning the corner and parking at the garage first.
Review 8：The hotel is ideally located if you want to travel the city by foot, but the trade-off is that parking must be done in a garage a block away, and the rooms are very compact, but neat. Only German spoken here.

Review 27：It was a quick trip for me. I was going to Oktoberfest. The hotel is close to the train station and as it turned out - the Oktoberfest area too! The hotel is located on a charming square (platz). I departed the town via boat and the hotel was close to that as well.

Only 200m from Swiss border. pleasant restaurant downstairs(but separate from hotel). Konstanz is a lovely compact city for a short lakeside break.

Slight disadvantage is limted parking space, thought you can't expect undergroung parking in a 100y.o. venue in historical center. Moreover we were lucky as far as we've got the place despite our evening arrival.

Review 77：The price was far too high for the quality. It was a cost cutting hotel and I felt the enterprise was cashing in on location. Furnishings were cheap; towels too thin and the single beds put together were uneven so the division was uncomfortable. The sizeof the duvets just about matched the bed size with no overlap so weren't adequate to cover properly when shared. One of the overhead bed lights wasn't working. The breakfast was substantial but I didn't get the impression the food was freshly prepared. For example our boiled eggs were stale and inedible.The sliced tomatoes in dressing tasted as if they had been around a while.
