Review 1：The only thing we missed was a lift. However, the staff very kindly helped my friend, who had back trouble, with her luggage.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very quiet and clean. The hotel seems to be newly renovated and presents itself light and friendly. It is perfectly situated in walking distance from the cathedral and "altstadt" as well as the castle. Wifi was fast and reliable.

We left after being there for2 hours. Still was charged 1/2 price! Web site is very deceiving.Cant believe $40 to stay 2 hours. We were exhausted after 48 hours awakeflying in from the us and hitting a museum and late lunch. Tried to napand shower and that was when we were sadly kept awake by the barking dogand Bingo over the load speaker. The shower was a wreck!!!...
