Review 1：the hotel is a conference hotel and does not care adequately for individual travellers. bar was closed on a saturday due to lack of guests i was told. sauna had to be switched on on request. mini bar is far too expensive. telly is approx 30 years old but looks nice due to the antiqe unit around it. loads of cloth hanger units from previous conference in lobby, which makes the lobby very unwelcoming and not cozy. bath robes are only available on request and have to be collected from reception, an absolute faux pas in a four star hotel at that price level. the maritime hotel admin needs to look after individual guests with greater care. if they offer the hotel to individual guests, they should care for them properly. i would come back if individual guests would get better care. it is a bit pricey for what is on offer and the fact that is is only in the small town of fulda.

Review 2：very frienly staff, particularly the breakfast lady. the hotel is wonderfully located in the castle park with views towards the cathedral. lovely breakfast buffet in wonderful castle salon overlooking the park with terrace in summer time. only 5 mins from old town fulda.

Review 9：The attitude of the receptionist was far from welcoming. And the internet (paid service) speed is slooooow. Imagine the free internet. I paid for 1 day internet and I couldn't even watch a youtube video.

Review 40：was absolutely appauled to hear they do not include free internet, even non-wireless. As a business traveller from overseas and having stayed in a dozen german hotels, this was a first, 15 euros per day more after 100+ euros for a room with no breakfast. Anyway, after seeing a CNN documentary earlier in my stay about clinet expectations in hotels, free internet is a basic now. The staff admitted they were embarrassed.
