Review 1：You can hear footfall and chatter when people are in the hallway going to breakfast and coming back into the hotel at night. That would be my only gripe!

Review 21：Parking: must park in a public parking garage (10 € per day). Difficult to get to the Hotel for luggage drop-off. Reception on the 8th floor and no carts available to carry luggage up. Not wheelchair accessible for those with mobility issues. Few stairs to the elevator. No a/c units or fans for the rooms. Very hot weather this summer, therefore very uncomfortable in rooms due to heat. No iron provided in rooms, and hotel only has 1 iron available for all its guests. Searching and waiting for the iron is annoying. No small fridge in the room. Cannot keep anything cool.
Review 22：Nice, spacious rooms. Modern furniture. Spacious bathrooms with modern fixtures. Small balcony with 2 chairs. Good wifi coming through. Our room was on the 6th floor, and reception was on the 8th floor so that might be a reason for good wifi. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was included and was buffet style, very nice, plentiful and delicious. The view from the terrace on the 8th floor, was absolutely breathtaking while you enjoy your morning breakfast. Views of the lake and marina, as well as city views (the lake & marina are 5 min walking distance from hotel). At night you can enjoy a cocktail on the hotel's terrace up to 11 pm when they close. Also, if you elect to pay city tax (a small % added on to the cost of the room), you can ride public transportation for free (city busses). It is pretty convenient if you will sightsee a lot and do not want to drive your car (lots of traffic in the summer). The busses run quite often, every 15 to 30 min. Taking the boat to different towns along the lake is a must while there. It's inexpensive for the value (for example, 36 € for roundtrip from Konstanz to Bregenz, Austria, the farthest tip of the lake) and you get to see so much. Restaurant on boat as well. The lake borders 3 countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). The views from the boat are unforgettable. The hotel is also very close (2 minutes walking distance) from train station. Restaurants, cafes and shops are seconds from the hotel's entrance.

Review 25：poor wi fi. we had 2 rooms in one room there was no wi fi . they said that they didn't promise wi fi in the rooms. well I read how they present the hotel it's not o.k there is a lot of light in the room there aren't dark curtains nor shade in the room so you wake up very early even if you don't want too. the elevator isn't from ground zero . there are stairs and we had a lot of bagadge and it was difficult.they didn't mention it. the reception works until 23:00 p.m so if you have a problem after then you have a problem,

Review 68：The lack of close parking. You have to park in parking station a 5 minute walk away, and pay about 10 euros a day. The room was absolutely too small. You could barely walk around the bed. The view was not great out of the window either. I think the price was too high for such a small room (we had a standard room and paid 130 Euros per night).
