Review 1：It was very noisy In the late evening (10pm), because kids behind the wall (private part of the house) were getting crazy. Heater in the room was working too hard. Temperature controllers on the wall were not functioning. Owner never called me back, even though it was requested in booking, so had to call by myself to arrange late arrival/check-in.

Review 6：The apartment on the ground floor, we had, is rather small and insufficiently equiped: one chair for two persons, lack of kitchen equipment, etc. Not clean in places out of sight, but sufficiently clean elsewhere. In the garden there are two small pools where the land-lady breeds musquitos. Insufficient for a long stay holiday.
Review 7：Adaquate apartment for a stay of one night in transit. Not bad. Located near motorways Munich-Salzburg and -Innsbruck. Breakfast was O.K. and not expensive. Land-lady was friendly, but somewhat chaotic and overworked.

Review 10：there were no towels for shower, no soap for hand wash and wifi connectivity was not available. In today's time wifi is a must for foreign travelers and this was missing.

The room looked like it was lastdecorated in the early seventies with green and yellow shag type carpet,but the worst part was that the toilet was located outside the room atthe top of the stairs where other guest passed to go to their rooms. Theroom door lock malfunctioned and it took 15 minutes to get it to openagain, thus we did not lock it for fear that we could not get out. Theheat in the room could not be adjusted since the knob on the radiatorwas missing, the pillows felt like a bunch of socks in a pillowcase andwe could hear the occupant in the next room snoring. We would have lefta few hours after trying to go to sleep but the owner took my passportwhen I arrived and did not return it until we paid the next day. Remindsme of Hotel California! I have taken many trips to Europe and neverstayed in a worse room, this is one place I would suggest to skip.
Review 49：It was located in a nice quite residential type area on the outskirts ofa beautiful town and one hour drive to the Munich airport. Looks nicefrom the outside and had nice fresh rolls for breakfast.
