Review 1：Parking was a bit of a challenge. The price of the breakfast was higher than what we are used to in similar category hotels.

Review 2：It is an authentic, yet modernised hotel. We are a family with 2 kids, they provided 2 really nice rooms, connected to one another. The rooms were lovely and clean, the bathrooms are contemporary. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, walking distance to the lake, shopping street and the theatre.

Review 3：Little bit complicated for return after midnigt, have no more reception.

Review 4：Good location. Hotel provides parking (have to pay). We went bike riding along the city and the location was great.

Review 5：The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I stayed there with my small dog and they took care of him in those short times when I couldn't take him with me (groceries shopping mostly).

Review 10：Due to the wooden floors you can hear everything from upstairs and the side rooms Unfortunately the upstair gest where in the bar till late in the night and woke me up!!! Also the samples of products in the rooms where half used arlready !! I am questioning about the cleaning of the room. Breakast way to expensive for the poor prestation

Review 12：Lack of service and poor standard of room readiness. There was no soap in the bathroom basins in either of the two rooms we booked for our family of four. When I asked if it should be there, the desk clerk was surprised and said she would take some herself. After then going out to dinner for a few hours I returned to find no soap - I rang reception but there was no answer after several attempts over 10 minutes - I went down to the desk and once again asked the question - I was then told that she didn't know where house keeping kept the soap. She said "so sorry" but I doubt she did care as I had also asked if the room could be cooled down as it was very hot - far hotter then the corridor or the front desk foyer - no luck there either. When I also pointed out that several of the lights were not working including one that clearly had a circuit fault - where it blinked on briefly before switching itself off - the answer was yet again " so sorry". I asked if there was a manager on duty - apparently not .... This hotel does not understand service.

Review 13：Good location, good rooms, good breakfast.

Review 14：WiFi was problematic in our room. After trying for minutes we gave up using our iPads. Also no bathroom slippers.

Review 15：Very clean, near places of interest. Moreover if you're going to the music festival you don't have to take a taxi.Eventhough it was raining we had no trouble walking-took only a few minutes.

Review 19：We have a very late check in since we driving from Itlay. the reception waited us until 11:45 pm with nice welcome. I bring my little dog with me and they serve with dog treats and water. Nice breakfast, nice room, nice location , with free parking around.

Review 54：The Restaurant is excellent for higher expecting people. The Hotel is rather average but I always stay there when close by as the Restaurant with its menues will be the perfect reward for a long working day. The food is not cheap but worth every cent. Wine selection is as well good. May be the spirit choice needs improvement as it does not reflect on the food quality. My favourite starter is Perigord goose liver with sweet chutney and sweet bred on salad bed. Main courses are all good was never disappointed. Desserts are mediocre. But ther you can go after the spirits or cheese instead. Never tried so far the Gasthof Restaurant. will do that next time.

On the Saturday evening wearrived the restaurant was fully booked but they immediately offered toserve us food from the restaurant in our room which was quicklydelivered and superb. A fantastic hotel.

The sauna was not what it was cracked up to be and I thought the price was quite expensive for the suite considering the off-season of what the region is known for. I expected more from a hotel with a great reputation.

Review 82：We were quite angry because the first picture on the booking.com pagesof this hotel is a building by a lake - but that building has nothing todo with the hotel and it is not very close to the hotel. It ismisleading! They put another bulding from their town on their pages. Weasked them for a nice view (and booked a suite) but we could only seethe roofs of other buildings in the town. We were very disappointed. Itwas also quite cold in our bedroom (because the radiator did not work),the temeperature in the living room in our suite was ok. Also - for themain lights in our suite - there was just one common switch - for both -the bedroom and the living room. So I could not read a book in theliving room - because my husband wanted to sleep and when I put thelights on in the living room, the lights were on in the bedroom, too.
