Review 1：Our (standard) room was quite small. We had big problems getting connected to the wifi, which was also VERY slow. We complained about this a number of times but no action was taken. Staff very unhelpful. Parking in the local Q Park was a disaster, nobody explained how this worked and we could not get the discount the hotel had promised. Their own parking is tiny and fitted with strange ramps.

Review 6：The staff were always cheerful and willing to assist Breakfast was balanced with subtle differences from day to day. We were there four days and found lots to see and do in Fulda.
Review 7：A group of friends and I stayed in the junior suite and we were all very pleased with it. Very clean and cozy yet with enough room ( it is much larger than the pictures online suggest ) to be comfortable.
Review 8：The only drawback was my own fault. If I had read it before going to bed, there was a notice that the bed was able to be adjusted for comfort.
Review 9：The hotel was in a great location, and we were able to walk to see sights, have dinner and enjoy the town. Breakfast was wonderful. Our concern was our big car, which easily fit down into the underground garage.

Review 28：We stayed in the 5 person junior suite. It was two large bedrooms and bathrooms with a balcony. It was very roomy and clean. Parking was under the hotel with plenty of room for an SUV. It was within walking distance for many attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of European favorites.

Review 37：It is basically an excellently situated 3 star hotel. It may not be particularly luxurious, but clean and functional. I chose it because of location - everything in Fulda's Altstadt is literaly minutes away on foot. I only stayed one night, my rental car was happy in the underground garage while I was exploring Fulda at leisure. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, e.g., I asked for directions to leave town towards a certain destination and their instructions were clear and detailed. I am not a vr demanding customer though. There is a brauhaus right next to the hotel that is, apparently, affiliated with it in some way, and that is where they serve breakfast and offer dinner. They keep recommending it to you, e.g., if you ask for restaurant suggestions, but not in an outrageously pushy way. I did not use the brauhaus so I cannot review it.
