Review 1：It's a family run hotel and you can feel this in a customer service. Very welcoming and helpful. I arrived very early (8am) and they allowed me to check in already at that time. I have a gluten allergy and the chef prepared for me a special starter and also main dish, completely altering what was in the menu. Thanks to them I had a really great gluten free breakfast, really enjoyed chef's scrambled eggs. Nice natural cosmetics in the bathroom and great water stream in the shower. Walking distance to my office. I would recommend it also to travelers for expo since the area is quite and has a lovely garden with restaurant where you can relax afterwards.

Review 4：The staff are very friendly and efficient and make you feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms and decor are traditional German so don't expect anything like the international chains who offer something different, not necessarily better. The Restaurant is very good for evening dining. The WiFi is good.

Review 7：The hotel had wonderful staff, very clean, the rooms were very elegant and clean, and the restraruant was excellent for dinner and the free cook to order eggs breakfast.
