Review 1：Room was very comfortable for two people but we could have used more space since we were travelling with two young children.

Just a NOTE for business travelers, if on business it's better to stay in NEW Konstanz. Otherwise for leisure Constancia is GREAT place for stay!!!

Review 47：We booked a Junior Suite, while the room was big and the shower great, the entire room needed to be painted and the room felt quite clinical, not four star in my opinion. Do not sleep at the front if you want to leave the windows open as you will be kept awake by people passing by all night long.

On checking out she didn't even ask how our stay had been. Later on when we picked up our luggage she didn't even look up & acknowledge our presence. However, all the other staff we had contact with were helpful.

Review 93：A welcoming hotel with helpful and serviceminded staff. A great roof terrace and nice rooms. The hotel is very close to city centre but still has nice surroundings.

Review 94：Internet was very slow, even at non-peak hours it was bad. The staff couldn't manage to open the breakfast on time. Yes, it might have only been 5 minutes, but if you state that it will open at 7 it should be open at 7 (or even a couple of minutes earlier). It just seemed like they were stressed and overwhelmed with getting it all ready. Then, this guy came into our room an hour before check-out and started cleaning the room, even though we weren't ready yet and just carrying stuff to the car. We also had the don't disturb sign on the door. When I told him we weren't ready yet, he just stood there rather akward until the manager happened to walk by and told him to get out.

Review 95：Location was great, right near pedestrian area with lots of stores and restaurants, breakfast was good, safe parking next to hotel (it did cost 10 euros a day, but it's the best option in that area).

Review 110：Having booked a superior room at the hotel, we expected to get one that was not on ground level so we could at least open the windows at night. The only room left was a standard room, but we were charged the rate for the superior room, despite polite requests and objections. This meant that the hotel could charge twice for a superior room and get the difference in rate! The staff did not know the ferry schedules and claimed they did not know the answers to questions about transportation. The carpets in the rooms were very dirty, and the glass bathrooms provide no privacy at all; since the glass does not go all the way to the floor or ceiling, noise and smells are obvious to other room occupants. The hotel is also very difficult to find, so without GPS, one is driving around and around looking for it. And it's general location is near a strip club. This is a three star hotel, not a four star property.

Review 112：Our room was probably designed for a person in a wheelchair, because thebathroom was just a large room with a couple of shower curtains. Wedidn't feel really comfortable with this because everything got wetwhile taking a shower and it had a cold hospital feeling to it.

Review 113：The location of this hotel is great. We where on the edge of a shoppingarea with great food. The girl at the reception desk took her time toadvise some restaurants and showed us how to get there. It is also 2minutes from the Swiss border, so we went into Switzerland the morningafter our stay.
