Review 1：The cleaning ladies dos their jobs but weren't very smart. I once found my cup on the bathroom shelf (probably washed it and never took back). Couldn't refill the shower gel and I had to take hand soap from the basin every time. The restaurant is OK, food is OK but the service is funny: you order a drink, they bring you that, order your meal and a matching glass of wine, in a minute they bring you a bread basket AND your glass ow wine. Feels awkward to be sitting with two drinks! See attached photo! The location is easy to get to, close to the office block but surrounded by warehouse-like houses. Lots of rabbits hopping around in the evening though, must be eco friendly.
Review 2：The hotel is amazingly built, German build and renovation quality is unmatched. The lobby bar staff are amazing, they could do celebrity security: the second your glass was empty someone popped over to check if you needed something else. The rooms are huge which is great if you are staying for the whole week, everything else is very spacious as well.
Review 3：There is no public transport near the hotel, neither a shuttle bus to bring you to a metro station. You depend on taxis which stop regularly in front of the hotel but if there is a big fair in Frankfurt you can wait for half a hour for a taxi and the reception does not want to order taxis.

Review 5：Location: you can only rely on taxi or foot. And it's hard to get a taxi. For the limuzin sourced by the hotel, for the same route, the drive charged 9 EUR for one day, 12 EUR for another day and insisted on that we remembered wrongly. While we kept the receipt and we are 4 passengers.
Review 6：1. Spacious room; 2. Staff: a gentle and big male receptionist is very kind when greeting us in the late evening.
Review 7：Wifi didn't work. The staff very unhelpful said too many guest using the wifi. As a business hotel this is not acceptable - the hotel knows how many guests they can accommodate - they were 95% business people and they should have a wifi capacity to match. i tried wifi at 01.00 and again at 06.00 and still it wouldn't work even though most people were asleep Staff not interested in the issue or a solution.
Review 8：WiFi in the lobby and bar worked well, but in the room it was poor and also there were many different SSIDs which was confusing as some had better coverage than others.
Review 9：Wifi was a bit weak and slow in the rooms. The plug sockets didn't take a Swiss plug so I wasn't able to work on the one night I was there.

Review 32：Room was incredibly hot. When switching on airco, it gave hot air only.Staff told this could not be changed because the hotel was in wintermode already. Opening a window not really an option with the highwaynoise. The shower water switched between hot and cold all the time. Theshampoo dispenser was left empty for multiple days. Even after Icomplained it took another day. There was a power failure which left thehotel without power all evening and into the night. Apparently there isno backup generator and no emergency lights in the restaurant kitchen.And the menu listed Tuna Sashimi, but instead of sashimi it was grilledtuna and they did not care when I mentioned this.
