Review 1：just very small thing. There is no private parking.
Review 2：Very good value for money. Close to highway for those that are travelling. Very clean and nice rooms.

Review 5：There is no air conditioner in mansarda room. Bedding is made from pure poliester fabric. Airfreshners are in the hole and in the room. Unclearing stains on the sofa. And all tha don'ts - do not touch, do not walk... Definetly not the best choice in Olomouc.

Review 10：Located at the end of the city. The apartment is in the backyard. You are not allowed to enter the apartment in shoes, even at the reception you are instructed to take off shoes. Even on request no invoice was given, after second reminder no invoice sent. POOR SERVICE, BAD LOCATION!

Review 16：Not enough parking space- parking on local public street where other houses owners parked. As there were carpets in the apartment, guests had to change shoes to slippers- they get wet easily in winter. Breakfast was ok, but no choice ( already prepared sandwiches).

Review 18：IT IS LOCATED VERY NEAR TO THE OLD TOWN OF OLOMOUC. EASY ACCESS FROM THE MAIN ROAD. THE PLACE IS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN. THE FACILITIES ARE AS DESCRIBED IN THE FORM
Review 19：Noise from corridor is annoying in the room, noise protected door should be installed. There is no common place to meet with people if you travel with group other than inside the room.
Review 20：Small pension run by carrying owners. Far from the city center but in quiet residential area. Clean facility equipped with quality furniture and items, caffe/tea pot in the room, breakfast served into the room. Parking available in front of property at the street.
Review 21：1. confusion with parking, we were asked by the first receptionist to park on the side of the pension - due to the fact that the locals don't like people parking in front of their houses, then in the evening other receptionist came to tell us to change the parking because it's not allowed to park in front of the pension. 2. it's in the middle of nowhere
Review 22：it's really modern and trendy accommodation, nicely warm and very comfortable. It would be amazing place if it was in the center of the town.
Review 23：a) Staff: Receptionist girl was extreme sweet, she always asked if everything is OK. b) Cleanliness: Cleaner girl makes her work very well. Morever using shoes inside is forbidden. This makes rooms cleaner. c) Comfort: Beds and rooms were large.Lighting was also adequate. d) Location: It is not in city centre however with public transportation i could easily reach. e) Wifi: Despite being small hotel they had lots of modems to provide fast internet connection.

Review 26：Very nice small modern hotel. Quiet place. Very comfort and wide bed, we slept with two children there and it seems we had a place for one more child :) Spacious room in modern style. I very like all things there and excellent idea with replaceable footwear.
Review 27：Only a small complaint but there was no air-conditioning and the windows wouldn't really open so it was quite hot in July.
Review 28：No-one was at home (no-one lives there permanently!) but a quick phone call and we were let in by a lovely English-speaking girl. There are no breakfasts here but that's fine as they have a fridge and kettle and we brought some stuff. Location is really quiet in a small back street on the edge of town near a football stadium in what seemed to be a very safe area. You do need a car although there are bus services to the city centre within half a mile.
