Review 1：Wifi is not good. Certain times of day, specially evenings it is practically unusable. Hotel staff admit that during those times, internet usage of hotel wifi has high traffic, so extremely slow. If you have a car, hotel parking is sort of expensive, hotel charges you 8 euro per day.
Review 2：Excellent breakfast. Very helpful, and polite staff. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, at the same time close enough to town center.
Review 3：a nice hotel located in a very quiet residence area within short walking distance to the city center. ten to fifteen minutes to Giessen railway station on foot. best for business trips.
Review 4：Very expensive for what amounts to a pretty basic hotel. The rooms are small, with no air conditioning. The night I stayed it was very hot, but opening the window was out of the question because of traffic noise, and insects. The car park was full on arrival, so I had to park on a side street. There was a bar, but it didn't open till mid-evening, so was unavailable at check in time.

Review 6：Power kept tripping out. Aircon was extra. Then when you upgrade to a room with Aircon the remote control is an extra 5 euros to make it actually work.Unbearably hot in summer.

Review 8：Wireless connection was impossible to use as too many users were logged in, so the only way was to wait and try again later. Also you need a code that lasts for 24 hours only! Some members of staff were very rude and did not speak English at all.
Review 9：The internet connection is very poor. You try to connect and constantly tell you there the "maximum number of users have already been reached" and asks you to try again later. When eventually the connection is succesful (hours later...) the speed of the connection is dreadful. - We asked for a cab to Frankfurt airport. The receptionist told us would be around 75€ for a 6-space taxi. When the taxi arrived, the driver told us it would be 145€!!!!! We immediately went to speak to the receptionist. He was on the phone and didn't want to attend us. A colleague of his was not much helpful. The driver continued saying that for 4 people its was 75€, but for 6 people 145€. What??? is not the same amount of kilometres. We asked for another cab company, and again no help at all. We eventually had to get into that car or we were going to lose our flight. 1 hour in a taxi listening to german rap music, very loud.... Not a peaceful trip. Next time I go to Giessen I will definitely look for something different....
Review 10：The room was well presented and was clean. The room service was also good, and the guys that brought the food and answered the phone were quite nice.
Review 11：The restaurant was not open in the evenings which was a little inconvenient but this was probably due to the time of year which I assume was very quiet.
