Review 1：Unfortunately the most beautiful bathroom I have ever had was completely unused due to there being no hot water! I am sure it was a one off but did put a real dampener on the visit.

Review 3：We could never get the WIFI to work. The room was modern to the point of being a little sterile. Very little staff support beyond the person at the front desk next door to the pension (but that's probably part of the reason their charges are so reasonable).

Review 4：This is a very modern hotel in an old building near the main square in Oloumouc. Not luxurious but clean, comfortable, modern and very well located. Onsite parking is a plus.

Review 6：I stayed at this hotel with a friend in a room with two single beds. The room was large as well as the bathroom and it was so beautifully shiny and clean that we felt we were the first people staying there! The staff are very friendly, the receptionist was very kind and gave us lots of tips for restaurants, shopping etc... We even had a nice chat with the owner. The massage which was a part of our package was lovely, professional and very relaxing. One of the housekeeping ladies showed me to my room on my arrival and was very smiley and polite. We will deffinitely come back.

Review 8：Gorgeous room in a beautifully restored building which looked very newly decorated. The hotel comprises of a group of five adjacent buildings. We had a very warm welcome on arrival. Parking on site in the secure garage, with access via the lift to our room was a major advantage. The hotel is in a great location just a short distance from the centre. Excellent evening dinner in the garden, and a good extensive breakfast.

Review 9：The street was blocked off when we tried to leave by a crane and we ended up on a pedestrian only street by mistake. zWe got stopped by the police. Fortunately the policeman had a sense of humor and gave us only a warning, apparently finding my broken Russian amusing!

Review 42：I loved my stay here. I got the junior suite instead of the normal double that I booked, so I got really lucky. This room had a massage shower, a sauna and a huge balcony. The room was clean and there were tea making facilities in my room. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good too. And it was close to the center. No complaints whatsoever, only good words from me!

Review 43：because pension is in couple of buildings there is very little interaction with the staff and also no feel like you are in a hotel, more like rented apartment, also breakfast was very poor choice and quality- the only thing that compensates for it is the fact that it was on no extra cost,

Review 45：The hotel is next to a night club with loud music until 3.am. We paid a room with balcony with city view and we received a room with no balcony with no view. The staff wasn't helpful at all. The receptionist also lied to us, he said that street facing the room was very quiet and it was very noise with drunk people walking and shouting during the night. Plus, nightclub just next door. Avoid this hotel!!!
