Review 1：There was nothing we did not like!
Review 2：The hotel was four star, but the service was 8 star. The climate of the area was taxing for us but each day we came back to an oasis of welcome and thoughtfulness. All the staff were always busy but found time to look after us 100%,they were good people . The hotel is light filled of contemporary design and we still don't understand how they kept everywhere so clean! The manager is the most hardworking guy I've ever met and he runs a tight ship, he knew all his guests and was patient with our language differences although his English is very good. We were very sad to leave.
Review 3：hot water was at best lukewarm, very little decor in both the pools and grounds. our room (217) was quite close to the bar/lounge and the noise was intrusive. english was scarce and for the prices they charge they there should have been more english speaking staff.
Review 4：staff were polite friendly. rooms were mosquito free and very clean. grounds included an outdoor smoking area.

Review 6：The hotel is great. Centrally loccated. Staff super friendly and well organised. Welcome drink. Little Spanish spoken but keep an eye out for ismail as he speaks good English. Breakfast is standard eggs how you like, fruit, toast, juice. Test Oscar on his vocab as we taught him a few English words! Rooms are spacious and most had balconies. Air con. Tvs. All fine. Great little pool and seating area we sat up at night playing cards and having a few drinks. Laundry service is fast but pricey, there is a cheaper launderette in town if you have time.
Review 7：It was noisy...not much insulation between rooms. Internet service was limited to the area around the front desk...but it was in the Amazon, so expecting perfection in a remote location is not realistic.
