Review 1：As there was really really hot during our stay, AC would be a help.... While there was indicated rooms are without AC,it's not a complaint, but suggestion for future improvements ;)

Review 2：Lady running this hotel was really nice and helpfull - we appreciated our stay in this lovely little town.

Review 3：WLAN didn't work at all for several days. 3G available if you have a mobile phone with local SIM card. Internet is a problem in the whole Heide area.

Review 4：The superior rooms are big and nice with balcony and mini bar. Good beds and good bathrooms. Quiet central location, free parking. Good breakfast.

Review 9：Very good facilities and very comfortable rooms. Easy parking right outside and the hotel was very easy to find from the auto route. Waitress very helpful in choosing an evening meal from the German menu. The breakfast was wonderful.

Review 10：The only bad thing was their wi-fi being a little bit unreliable. We had 2 rooms for our family, yet each room only got one log in code, and each code only allows for one device (for example only 1 iphone connected for each code max) Small note: it says that the rooms are sound isolated yet you can still hear medium-low sounding conversations through the room next to you.

Review 11：We only stayed for 2 nights, but it was well worth it: seems to be a family owned hotel, extremely nice customer service. Breakfast included in price, and even though we haven't been in many German hotels the breakfast fit us perfectly: newly boiled eggs, fruits such as strawberry, blueberry etc, different types of bread and cheese... As for the actual room, it was very big with its own balcony for relaxing, too bad it rained when we were there so that we couldn't exactly use it. An indoor pool which was for most of the time deserted so that you could use it for yourself :)

Review 25：very clean room. There is enough park place inside and out side and it is free of cost. They can speak English. Internet is free of cost but in website of booking.com is wrote "It is not free of cost". It is easy to go Heidi Park just 15 min. There are Aldi, Lidil ,... near by Hotel.

Review 26：My son did not like the cot that was added to our room, he says his back hurt the next day. The pool was a bit dirty with mold and when my family arrived, they were locked out. It is odd that check-in is from 1300 to 1700, but the doors are 3 of those hours. It should be noted on the website.

Review 27：My daughter loved the food, she had a huge 300 g steak and the fresh mushrooms were in season and they were great. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to a nature area with a lake that we walked around. The regular bed was nice and fine.

Review 28：The hotel was certainly value for money, we will stay there again if we will pass through Germany.

Review 29：The beds were comfortable, and the room very well equipped, with Murano lamps as well. The quality of the bedlinen was very good, and the room certainly gave value for money. We arrive late, so did not have dinner in the restaurant, only breakfast. But the breakfast was great, and the restaurant itself very nice furnished, we took note of the high quality of the table clothing, just as an example.

Review 30：Very clean spacious rooms. Friendly reception and fantastic food in the restaurant. Easy to find just off the highway.
