Review 1：Reception poor - blamed booking.com for no fax. No restaurant nearby and no help. Odd childrens art connection? Repairs necessary

Review 3：I arrived at 10pm which was one hour after the cut-off point for booking in. I had realised there was a 9pm deadline and because of my travel arrangements failed to meet this. I pressed an intercom button on the Reception desk and was connected to the landlady, who started to berate me via the intercom. She came downstairs and her attitude to welcoming her guest had deteriorated! I was told that it wasn't her problem that I had suffered travel delays and she had rise every morning at 4.30 am. When I enquired if the adjoining restaurant was still open she replied that she did not know as it was not her restaurant. I use Booking.com for a lot of my travel and have never experienced such a welcome.
Review 4：The bathroom is way too small and wrong distributed, very unconfortable. There was a bottle opener attached to the wall, I used it once and it fell down with pieces of wall. I pluged something to charge, and the plug fell down from the wall.

Review 12：Extreemly hospitable family hotel in character building - children's art work in the breakfast room delightful. Free wi-fi with good speed. Nothing was too much trouble, they even kitted out the breakfast room for us to act as impromptu meeting room. Far better stay than hotels I have stayed in Emden which are double the price.

Review 15：It was possible to open only one small window. At the same time, if to open it, it is noisy because the hotel is placed directly on the street. Renovations of rooms are required.
