Review 1：It doesn't have car park so next to hotel is safe car park arrive 2 pm leave next day 10 am costs 18 euro so add it on not really a bad point !

Review 5：You had to ask at reception for everything - had to go and ask for the remote control for the TV, had to go and ask for the wifi code which I couldn't get to work and when I went back to reception to ask for help - I was told that technology & the recetionist didn't mix ????? So needless to say I didn't get any wifi, you had to go and ask for the code to use the toilets in reception....... I got sick of walking down to reception!!!

Review 14：Excellent location across from the train station. We had a superior room and this worked out great for us as we were sharing with a teenager and she had a separate room with a sofa bed. Sound proofing was good and air conditioning was sufficient.

Review 15：The room is not exactly the same as described. Although it was described as a superior double room (22m²) with aircon, but it was a regular double room (18m²) with aircon actually. The bathroom also needs immediate renovation.

Review 44：No tea/coffee facility in room, this is a must for us first thing in morning. Shower was a disaster, switch it on and the head swivels round and wets everywhere. First day I. spa was lovely, sauna to ourselves, fresh lemon water there, bottle of eucalyptus to put on coals, plenty fresh towels, second day, no one had been to replenish water, towels, eucalyptus was gone and had not been cleaned, didn't feel nice, attention to detail!

Half eaten packet of something, used toiletries, bed crumpled. Nasty! We moved back to our original very clean and tidy room and put up with the smell. Unfortunately there was little in the way of an apology or compensation!
