Review 1：If I had not mentioned that I would arrive around 10pm, the hotel would be closed and I would not have where to stay. It should be mentioned at the reservation stage. Hopefully booking.com saw it and things have been arranged

Review 2：We stayed in Haus Diana and the hallways were stifling hot in the end of September. The room wasn't much cooler and when we opened the windows we were assaulted with second hand smoke from other balconies at all hours.

Review 4：The apartment was located quite centrally. The building is newly renovated and everything looks very well. The rooms were clean and modernly furnished. Closets are a woman's dream ;) a lot of space and well located. The personnel was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The hotel was very near to shopping opportunities and good restaurants. A tourist center was near by and one could plan day trips and other sightseeing opportunities. We recommend strongly the day fish trip. One is on a boat on the see for the whole day. The trip starts in Porec, goes all the way down to Rovin and has also a stop in Vrsar. We had a lot of fun. Again there too the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Almost everyone speaks English and some even German, and where that does not work, body language with a lot of charm :). From our side there is nothing negative to say. The town itself Umag is not really the place to be, Porec hat a lot more charm and tourists, but since it was only a few km away, it made no difference. The WIFI connection in the room was not always soo good, but almost everywhere you go, restaurants, bars, cafés you will get WIFI connection. We strongly recommend the apartments.
