Review 1：The cushions on the beds were rather sizeable and none too sturdy. More important perhaps; as the address reveals the hotel is located near a train station. It's a very small one to be sure, and there are no night trains, but light sleepers might want to request a room on the opposite side of the hotel to minimise the noise. One minor quibble with the otherwise perfectly clean rooms would be the presence of a number of dead insects in the ceiling light.

Review 2：The hotel was everything we expected for the price. The rooms had all the amenities required for a short stay, and the dinner and breakfast were more than adequate. The dinner especially was great and served shortly after we made our choice from the menu. There was also plenty of free parking space available, and the staff was friendly and quick to respond to a request of ours. Keep in mind the hotel is actually in Arloff, not the town of Bad Münstereifel. It's the same municipality, but Arloff is about 5 kilometres north of the main town.

Review 3：As in other places in Germany the wifi is not free and you have to continually log back into the system. Not the hotels fault but it is annoying

Review 5：The Internet connection. Both times I bought the 24 hour connection at 4€. This only allows you to connect on one device with an extremely slow connection which keeps throwing you out. I managed to download emails but trying to do anything else was a no-no. Also we couldn't get the DVD to work, but that might just have been us.

Review 6：This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel in a month, having decided to return rather than stay at a different hotel on our return journey home. The staff are extremely helpful and the restaurant serves typical German meals. Breakfast is a self service buffet which really sets you up for the day. Both times the rooms have been spotless, larger than average with a decent sized bathroom and good shower.

Review 7：Wlan was definitely unstable. I believe it was a temporary problem, though was very annoying. I had to manage salt-pepper email continuity
