Review 1：We arrived at late evening and card terminal did not work. Receptionist said us to go to ATM and get cash, because we should pay before checking in. Not extra clean: wooden floor with scratches, dirty walls. Poor Wi-Fi signal.

Review 2：Nice breakfast. There's no buffet, you should select from different types of breakfast (omelette, crepes, eggs, cheese & ham, flakes & milk, etc), but it is tasty

Review 20：No air conditioning meant leaving the windows open on a busy, noisy thoroughfare near hotels and restaurants resulting in poor sleep. Wifi had weak signal which we kept losing and relighting. Receptionist had to go with us to unlock parking area gate each time we wanted to access car.

Review 40：The staff were friendly and courteous. They had an extensive breakfast menu, and the breakfast was outstanding. There are mini refrigerators and snacks and beverages in the rooms that are very reasonably priced. The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is right near the center of town, an easy walk to everything. There is also ample free parking available.

Review 41：We order suite for 5 becauce we have 3 kids and the youngest is 5 years old. We make order about 3 weeks before we came to Olomouc. And what we get...2 rooms for two! It wasnt the same. And the answer we get is that owner would like to rent the rooms someone els! Nobody didnt tell to uss before! We didnt have any credit. Rooms were small and smells to tobacco. All sounds from stairs were in to room. We were very disappointed!!! Expensive and poor.
