Review 17：I can't understand why the reviews for this hotel were so poor. It was perfectly fine, and very good value for money. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice, the hotel is centrally located. I was perfectly satisfied.
Review 18：There was cigarette smoke in the lobby, wifi requires a code and only works for 12 hours at a time and was not always reliable. The hairdryer was not efficient and not suitable for blow-drying hair. My collegue´s room was not cleaned on our last day although we left at 10 am and after this cleaners had an unrestricted access to the room for the whole day. The staff went through the motions without a smile on their faces. The male clerk was always friendly, though. Customer service does not cost a penny and is a question of the right attitude so maybe this would be the best way to improve the hotel as a whole.
Review 19：The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was also quiet enough to get a good night´s sleep. The shopping street, restaurants and the train station are in the vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast buffet, although a bit steeply priced at 10 euros a day was abundant. It could have some variation from day to day, though.
Review 20：It is very hard to sleep after 8 am since the staff entres in your room very early for the cleaning procedures.

Review 23：Our room was large with good en suite bathroom facility.Hotel is in a good location for city access. Staff were courteous and efficient. Hotel parking arrangements are good with a small private parking area backed up by reimbursed access to the adjacent underground parking area

Review 32：The room was spacious and clean with a good size bathroom that had a shower and bath, there was a main road to the front of our hotel but the traffic noise did not bother us. We had breakfast in the hotel which was very good. Good location for us. Ideal for short stay.
Review 33：I was given a room outside the main hotel, the door could not be locked from inside and it was absolutely freezing, even after a night with the heating full on. The room was really dark as well.
