Review 1：The facility was ugly inside and nobody seemed to care about it. There were bugs in our room. We felt unwelcome. The staff was rude. Such a beautiful property; but the potential is wasted.

Review 9：The stay was so terrible that both I (English) and my wife (Czech) will comment on it - They cheated us: --- The room size was significantly less than 32m2. Not even half that size.Super small! --- The bed had no mattress and of cheap quality --- There is no view of the park from the room --- The reception staff was very unprofessional and didn't even greet. It's as if she just wanted to get it done with and take of. --- Terrible shower curtain. It was so long and kept creeping on us making the shower very uncomfortable. --- Room was cold and heating didn't work --- WiFi was disconnecting frequently Nejhorší ubytování, v jakém jsme kdy byli. Socialistické zařízení, nepříjemna recepční (a zároveň servírka), špinavý pokoj, postel bez matrace a roštu, jen prkna potažená látkou, dvě malá okénka u stropu, takže máte pocit, že jste ve sklepě. Pokoj měl mít údajně 32m2 (měl tak třetinu), předložku v koupelně jsme museli dát pryč, byla úplně černá, uvnitř sprchy to nevypadalo lépe. Nad záchodem díra, kterou padala špína (=ventilace). Člověk od ubytování očekává v zásadě jen čistý pokoj a pohodlnou postel, tady jsme se celou noc nevyspali, "postel" byla tak tvrdá, že spaní na podlaze vyjde nastejno. Na pokoji není TV, což by normálně vůbec nevadilo, ale v tomto pokoji si člověk připadá jako ve sklepě a rád by něco zapnul, alespoň rádio, aby na něj nepadala taková deprese. Jediným kladem je snad poloha v parku, kterou si ale stejně člověk otrávený ubytováním neužije. V popisu mají uvedený výhled z pokoje do parku, což není pravda. Stačí se podívat na obrázek hotelu a hned si řeknete, kde mají pokoje okna? Jsou za zdí. U stropu pokoje. Sem už nikdy. Ještě jedna věc, v hotelu není vůbec klid, do 22 hod. večer hraje hlasitá hudba, stěny i okna jsou tenké a je slyšet každý hlas a štěknutí psa jako by byli u vás v pokoji.

Review 10：Only bad thing with this hotel was disorganized staff. You can wait a while that somebody will spot you at the reception. If you have some questions there is also a great possibility they wont respond on email or phone. That was the only bad thing, everything else was great, specially for this value.

Review 11：If you search for peaceful, nice location, then this place is for you. This 100 years old villa is situated around 5 km from Pardubice in a wonderful, quiet location. There is not much things to do, but you can really enjoy walking through the big, green park in front of the hotel. If you want to spend some time with your dear one alone, that is the right place. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, with spacious and modern bathroom. We also liked this old style of rooms. High ceilings and cherrywood furniture made a special atmosphere. Food in the hotel is amazing. You can't go wrong with trying some house specialties (If you are a meat lover). I hope you will be there when Victoria is working :) She is very kind and talkative. She is also the only one who speaks English, what can be a problem if she is not there and you are not a native.

Review 19：Forlorn, forlorn, forlorn -- the place time forgot. We were supposed to stay for three nights but only stayed for one, because as soon as we arrived at this forlorn place, we wanted to leave.

Review 21：Simple room with no tv, pictures, or view as the windows were 2.5 metres above floor level. Room was also not well cleaned with a beer bottle cap behind the radiator and hair in the plughole in the bathroom.
