Review 1：One small point. The automatic lighting on the stairs was sometimes slow to react and, at times, the passage and stairs were rather dark.
Review 2：Friendly, helpful staff, some of whom spoke English. very comfortable room and excellent restaurant. Location was perfect, very pleasant walk into Bad Munstereifel and free easy parking on site at the hotel.
Review 3：The only thing I didn't like is what seems to be typical of European establishments, I like a top sheet on the bed!
Review 4：The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had dinner in their restaurant, a table was waiting for us followed by an excellent gourmet quality meal. The room décor was personal and immaculate.
Review 5：Closed when we arrived 6PM. Only german speaking personnel. Restaurant closed for renovation. We could not pay with credit cards and had to go out for cash. We did not get a receipt for our payment.

Review 9：The staff was extremely accommodating. We arrived at 9:00 am from the airport. We were not supposed to get a room until 4:oo pm. However the staff made it happen and we got our room at 10:30 am. The room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was more than sufficient, both hot and cold. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.
Review 10：Thursday is ruhrtag at the hotel, but this was not mentioned when webooked. We arrived late Thursday afternoon and could not get anyone toanswer the door. No food is available on Thursday. Tea and coffeefacilities are not available in the rooms. Luckily, the lady whoeventually opened the door for us made a pot of coffee for us (andcharged us 4 Euros each). Cannot comment on the food, as we only hadcontinental breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities in rooms wouldbeneficial.

Review 12：Friendly and helpful reception. Good sized clean, comfortable and quiet room with modern bathroom. WiFi in room, parking on premises. Nice Restaurant with good food and more than adequate breakfast included in the price of the room.We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Review 13：We were very disappointed that we could not eat in the breakfast room (a pretty little room looking out to the front) but instead were shown to a gloomy room more like a bar on the other side of the corridor. I expressed my disappointment but was told that the breakfast room had already been set up (we were almost the first guests to appear for breakfast). We could not see what we were eating in the dark bar as there was next to no light coming through the windows. This was supposed to be a special birthday breakfast but we ate and left as quickly as possible. This took our marking of this hotel down to fair in terms of customer service since my request was not met even though I expressed my disappointment quite clearly. For a future visit we would not stay in this hotel for this reason. Der Kunde ist doch Koenig...
Review 14：The hotel was set back from the road just over a little bridge and surrounded by trees, which was very attractive (the initial impression of it being right next to a car showroom was thus incorrect since the showroom was a distance away closer to the road). The room (no. 5) we stayed in was very attractive and we particularly liked the many halogen lights set in the ceiling and controlled via a dimmer switch, which gave the impression of stars when in bed. Very romantic.

Review 18：Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is located in a quiet environment, which is ideal if you just want to relax for a few days. Free Wifi (also in your room) is a definite plus because the area is so remote that the maximum speed you get with your cell phone is Edge.
