Review 1：the noise of the guest walking on the upper floor (but it was expected as the house is a typical regional country house)
Review 2：Very friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast, good location, very tranquil, good host and knowledgeable about things to do in the surroundings
Review 3：The downstairs room was very dark and gloomy due to the large number of trees outside and the balcony of the room above. The bedding didnt seem very well aired due to the general dampness. The noise from the room above was at times almost unbearable as any movement causes lots of noise and using the shower at 6am was hardly helpful. The weather was good whilst we were there but if wet it must have been horrible. An upstairs room might have been better

Review 5：It wasn't a problem for us, but you need transportation to live here. There is pretty much nothing nearby. It's also a little hard to find. The hotel itself is hidden behind a large, bright orange house, so we passed it by the first time. Trust your GPS. You have to pay cash - actually some shops in nearby Bad Doberan also didn't take credit cards.
Review 6：We loved the quiet location and our small, but well-equipped room. It's a family-run place and it was perfect for us after some days driving around northern Germany. We actually decided to stay an extra night, just to relax and explore the area. The room had a small pentry with everything, where we cooked our supper. The bathroom was large and bright, the bed comfortable, and we had our own balcony with a view of the garden. The historic steam train passes by twice every hour in the day-time.You can reach the long, sandy beach in a few minutes by car. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. Great value for the money we paid.
