Review 1：VERY basic and dirty kitchen. I for some reason thought it was a private deck but it is shared with next door.

Review 2：Great central location in Champex. Nice restaurant on site but hugely expensive. Only stayed one night as part of the Tour De Mont Blanc trek.

Review 3：This apartment was fully furnished with everything you could need. It was clean and comfortable, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was excellent, and the view from the terrace was stunning. An added bonus, the supermarket was directly across the street.

Review 6：No WiFi in the room - we had to go to the terrace to find signal The Breakfast was very poor. No service to the room. "Reception" closes at 23:00.

Review 10：Services advertised on the Booking.com site were not available: No Internet in the apartment. No American Express. These were significant and costly problems for us. Managers blamed everyone else, but never apologized. The restaurant is overpriced, and not that good.

Review 11：If you reserve here, be sure to stay in the apartment building called Les Mayens -- the apartments are new, with lovely terraces looking over the lake. Comfortable and well equipped. (Unlike the older apartment building also run by Au Vieux Champex).

Review 12：Don't believe any services listed in Booking.com. Didn't take American Express, and tried to blame booking.com for the bad information. (We didn't take other credit cards, relying on the info.) No Internet service in apartment. Hot water sometimes. Unpleasant staff. Old, small apartment. Definitely overpriced for what we got.

Review 15：Lovely traditional Swiss hotel in a great location. We could see the lake from our room which was nice. Walking around the nearby lake was beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and cosy, we had a spacious bathroom with a nice hot shower.

Review 21：one of the cupboards smelled extremely like garlic what made the whole apartment smell and only found out the next day where the smell came from. The restaurant was closed on the day of arrival, not convenient after a 11 hour day trek. Not flexible with us checking out even 15 minutes later!

Review 23：The accommodation was very basic - small & cramped (especially with sofa bed out), uncomfortable beds - thin mattresses, duvets were thin and not very warm, shabby furnishings - old and not in good condition.

Review 25：Since we were doing the Tour de Mint Blanc, we had to get off to an early start. When we went for breakfast at 7:45 the dining room was still closed, and we had to look for another place to eat. This was not convenient, but the only negative.

Review 26：The location is perfect with a beautiful view on the lake. Our unit was so well equiped. It felt like home from home. Clean and spacious. Just wish we had more time to enjoy our stay there!

Review 27：We were given a small apartment, with a nice bathroom kitchen and bedroom. the sofa opened into a double bed. There was also a little porch. Wifi was weak in the room, but everything else was fine
