Alexandra helped forward to us misdirected lost luggage from our airline - such a kind young person! We liked the location on a pedestrian side street just off the main square and down the hill from St. Michael church. The breakfast was good and the room spacious and bpvery clean. Ifi and Ac were strong.

Review 11：The hotel is in the perfect location just around the corner from the main square. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able t store my bags for the day after I had checked out. When I came to pick up my bags I needed to make a phone call so I went out to the patio. It was a hot day and the receptionist asked if I would like some water. Not only did she bring ice cold water with lemons but also bowl of fruit with bananas, apples and grapes.

Review 12：The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is close to the centre of the old town, yet you can park your car a few minutes away from the hotel for a very reasonable rate. The receptionist was excellent. She efficiently arranged parking for us and provided local information about sightseeing. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Review 13：I would like to appreciate the blond girl who worked at night when we lived there. It was very very nice of her and gave us a great help during our trip in Olomouc.

Review 14：Great location. Just a block from the town square. The room was small but adequate. The breakfast served was gOod with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly. I have no complaints.

Review 15：parking is not possible close the place. I wrongly drove by car to the hotel and the police caught me. However nothing happend finally but I had to drive away and find parking outside the city center. The parking house which I found was 10 min. away but very chea.

Many good bars close the hotel / penzion. breakfast was great!! everything you like was available. wifi did not work but I asked the reception girl and she gave new password - so no problem. Everyone speaks the good english language and even some sentence in German.

Review 17：I have stayed in the hotel for 7 days. In general, breakfasts were not very bad, but also not very good. Espresso you will be provided for a fee (It was very unusual for a four-star hotel ). If you decide to have breakfast later, you may not have sausages. Fruit were also not every day.The staff could be more friendly, especially Gabriella:).

Review 19：I was really upset by this pension after my last stay. I had to cancel 1 night due to professional reasons. I told them early enough (3-days before the end) but I had to pay for the all nights booked. Indeed it was written somewhere (That's the rule she told me). However, that was not my first time in this pension and I use to go in Olomouc, therefore I was supposed to be a regular customer. Despite all of that, they had not been able to propose anything to adapt. That's not a big deal, and I rarely complain, but in this case, that was stupid. Next time, I'll try elsewhere: miscalculation.

Review 25：We were so pleasantly surprised with this gorgeous hotel! We'd spent two weeks traveling through Czech and this was the most charming hotel we'd chosen. We walked all over old town Olomouc and would have picked this hotel over any others we saw. We loved our room and the location was perfectly central.

Review 26：The guesthouse is located at the center of a pedestrian area with one way streets to get in. All the road signs are written in Czech and therefore, it is not clear if you can access the area or not. Only after more than half an hour of trying to get in I found a policeman who told me that I could enter the pedestrian area!

Review 88：This is top notch accommodation in the heart of the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was of a good size and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the room and our en-suite shower room were both spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful to the extent of printing our boarding passes for our flight home. The pension has a small terrace where we enjoyed a drink. Breakfast was very good and the wifi excellent.

Review 90：The location is very good. It is located near the main square. Because I reserved a single room, the room was small but comfy and the bathroom was large. The staff is very very kind. Even though I arrived there before 1 pm, I could check in the room. In addition, the staff printed the transportation schedule for me. It was very useful.

Review 102：The location is just off the main square and a central as it can get really. Parking is best at the top of the road (55M) where there is generally room but you will need an hourly ticket that the hotel staff will configure for you (especially helpful if you have been driving all day). Weekend parking is free. The switch for the hairdryer is on the side of the holder :-) Breakfast is very good and the design of the hotel is extremely well executed.

Review 110：Penzione Na Hrade is a delightful surprise behind its front door, rooms are well appointed with good space and modern decor, the staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast was fabulous, more than you could hope to eat all day! The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes to wonder to the main square (visiting on a Sunday made for a quiet atmosphere but allowed for plenty of space for meandering around) Car parking was close and easy at the top of the pedestrian street - free on a Sunday Olomouc town was a pleasant surprise to visit and our stay at Penzione Na Hrade made it all the better, we would definitely recommend.
