Review 2：The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location in Olomouc. Everything is clean and breakfast is superb. Also has friendly staff and off-street parking.

Review 11：We got room under the roof ,on the third flor, nobody helped us to carry the baggage. We paid more in CZK than we had amount on our Booking confirmation. When we tried explanation the woman in reception was very unfriendly. The bathroom was very small, wi-fi poor, breakfast should be better. We don't racommend this hotel!

Review 13：Breakfast was really bad. Even though it was free it cost too much. Room needs a kettle in its kitchen or even some pots and pans. You would not go to the restaurant for coffee twice.

Review 21：I liked just about everything with the Arigone in Olomouc. The room I had (311) was very comfortable, stylish, spacious and the bath with the whirlpool topped it off. Looking forward to staying next time.

It was very funky and modern and careful attention to detail eg there were about 4 power points on the desk which is so useful for travellers' technology and recharging batteries. Elevator to rooms, all new. It had a lovely view of an old building opposite. It was close to the main square and only a short walk to the tram then about 4 stops to the main train station. Highly recommended. It has about 4 buildings all joined. Reception is clearly marked.
Review 63：- for any reason, we got a room fits to disabled people. Strange not to have any carpets in the room, but many support in the bathroom. Later it was explained, that there were no other free room with double bed. - Breakfast is weak. The juice is only syroup, simple selection of foods. - There was not a word from the staff during the whole breakfast, so only at the end could the writing be discovered, that egg, sausage, etc. could have been ordered. Meantime sleepy staff (incl. cleaning lady, mechanical fellow) walked in and out, also having breakfast. Later it was explained and excused, that a wedding ceremony had been kept previous night, and the personnel were also tired.
Review 64：- newly renovated/constructed hotel in the real historical centre of the town. Nice, but a bit not amicable. - that is in really in the centre of the old town. - the gap between the two single size bed was filled with a board by default.
Review 65：Unfortunately my debit card was actually debited with the first nightholding deposit, which should not have happened. I still have notreceived the money back in my account, since we left and I have now hadto open up a complaints procedure. Despite the receptionist being veryapologetic and emailing the hotel bank, I am still disappointed withthis error. There is nothing I can do, so for this reason I will not bestaying at the hotel Arigone again. Please make sure you check thisafter your check in, as it may happen again.
Review 66：A very warm welcome from all of the staff and who went out of their wayto help with any request. I became unwell during my stay and had to goto hospital. The receptionist was extremely helpful in making sure wegot there safely by taxi. They even drove my husband to get themedication that I really needed that day. With the language barrier inOlomoc, this was an outstanding service. The food in the restaurant wasvery good and the waiting staff very attentive. The standard room wasmore like an apartment and we particularly liked the rustic and typicalCzech design of the hotel.
Review 67：It was amazingly nice stay! Staff is so kind and the room is gourgious. It's pretty close to the Holy Trinity Column and close 5min from the tram station. I want to stay this hotel again when I trip to Olomouc.
