Review 1：The reception staff was not so helpful and a little unpolite when answering questions. Not so friendly as they should be.
Review 2：The room in general. Breakfast was great and plenty of different pastry and food. The pool was ok but a liitle cooler could be better. hot days during my stay.

Review 4：This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been. The breakfast is terrible!! The first room I got was very noisy because it was at the side of the street and the windows do not have special glass to isolate the noise. When I tried to hang my cloths the hanger fell to the floor, when I opened the drawer I was not able to close it again, when I tried to put the money in the safety box the door got stuck and I decided not to put anything inside. I changed my room the next day because it was very noisy and the new room I got was better but the toilet smell as a pipe. In the morning you can hear the doors slamming since early. The whole hotel needs maintenance; a friend got stuck on the elevator one day. There is a Casino next to the hotel so some weekends you can have noise until late in the dawn. On Sunday the only day I could sleep until late there was a noise of a machine that was supplying energy to the hotel since 6:00 am. So I had the feeling of never having a moment to rest. When I tried to take a nap in the afternoon I heared the noise of someone hamming on top and when I called to the reception they told me that there were restoring the toilet on the room that was on top of my room. I certainly felt that I paid too much money for this hotel and for what I got. You can´t use the swimming pool because is on restoration. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
