Review 1：While parking is not very expensive (€5 p.d.), I think it should be free, as this is a small town. There is plenty of free parking in the streets around the hotel. I missed a lounge area with seating in the hotel lobby. Also the only place to sit in the garden, to read a book or newspaper, is in the restaurant, which is not always open.
Review 2：This is the best hotel in Bad Arolsen, a small spa town near Kassel in Germany, and I can confirm. Restaurant, breakfast, soundproofing, wifi, bedding, surroundings etc. all very good or excellent. Add to this a phantastically great value spa (€4!) with sauna and swimming pool, practically all to myself when I used it in August 2015 (staff tell me that it fills up during the winter months).
Review 3：A return visit - the hotel is easy to find and well situated in an interesting historic town, with many opportunities nearby such as the leisure area of the Erdetal.
Review 4：Great location on the edge of center city. Bad Arolsen is a nice, small German town worth visiting. Rooms were small but nice, with nice spa facility in hotel. Good breakfast.

Review 11：I had a mezzanine style room. For an elderly gentleman it is not easy to get up in the night, as the toilet is downstairs. But that might have been mentioned in the room description when I booked online.
Review 12：Modern hotel in historic surroundings. Liked the inclusive breakfast. Did not have enough tie to use the recreational facilities but met several people in the lift who had obviously enjoyed them.
Review 13：Bedrooms need airconditioning, better matresses & new towels. Toilet was not clean on arrival. Service in restaurant wad exceptionally slow due to a shortage of staff on a busy Friday evening. Pool was closed for refurbishment. No prior notice of this posted on your web description. Would have chosen another hotel had we known.
