Review 1：Really nothing.

Review 2：We stayed in this hotel for the New Years Eve and I must say that this is a really special place. This hotel is a kind of separated from the main part of Kalstejn. It is located on the cost of the river, and there is a dedicated road leading to this hotel. I would recommend to come to this hotel with a car cause it might be a bit problematic to move around if you come there w/o one. This hotel has a large territory and has even its own zoo with two camels, many donkeys, goats, and sheeps. Therefore this hotel is also perfect for families with children who will definitely like the cute donkeys. Inside interior of the hotel is beautiful and the overall atmosphere is truly relaxing and romantic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a really wonderful place and we will definitely stay here again when we come to Karlstejn next time.

Review 3：the restaurant staff were very unexperienced and kept making mistakes with orders. The service was ridiculously slow (more than 1h 40 min before we got our food, some of which was missing/wrong). eventually, they did acknowledge their mistakes and took something off the bill. The setting is spectacular and the food good, so either order early (long before you actually want to eat) or just go for drinks ( these too take a while to arrive, though the sights are so beautiful, it makes for a pleasant wait..).

Review 5：Airconditioning setpoint has to be changed from the receptions. The beds are quite soft (personal) And the room with bath has no attachment to hang up the shower to take a normal shower.

Review 21：Air conditioning? Not really...only a fan blowing warm air at a slow pace through the room. Three-bed rooms in the loft needed cleaning in all the places where spiders live...ie, corners, behind beds, etc. Local dogs barking all night and trains running every 20-30 minutes about 50 meters from the hotel. External appearance rather shocking... not as it appears in the photos!

Review 27：Gorgeous premises and interior, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent dinner and breakfast. Stunning location about 20 min walk from train station on the banks of the river, also about 30 min walk to the castle. Extremely comfortable beds, cozy rooms. Cute farm animals!

Review 28：ifthey are to stay open in winter months they should offer the sevices a four star establishment promises .In December restaurantis closed you cannot get a bite to eat or a Drink .on a monday or tuesday..Beware of local taxi man 400 kc from station to hotel aprox 1 km must be the worlds most expensive taxi . also when booking, booking .com said only 1 room remaining .We were the only guests in the hotel and the staff whent home at night

Review 30：The service was awful. When we arrived we were told we needed to check out at 8:30 the next morning, as a big group would be needing all the rooms early in the day. Ultimately, we were able to extend this time, but it took polite persistence to a resistant concierge. The concierge also could not answer any questions about the attractions in the area, and offered no suggestions. Further, there was no working printer, so we could not print our boarding passes for our flight the next day, or use the computer to check in. In the room there was Internet that guests could supposedly pay for, but no one knew how to charge us for it, so we were not given the codes to access it, despite requests. There was good signal strength, and free wifi in the lobby, which was great. Also, there was no elevator or luggage assistance. Except for the bartender, who was personable, other staff was oddly surly and looked unhappy.

Review 31：The location was lovely. The hotel was set next to a beautiful river. The facility itself was beautiful as well, constructed and decorated with attention to detail. it is a perfect spot--too bad the food and service do not match the promise of the Inn. Strangely there were animals on the property--a camel!, pig, goats--not sure why! Our room was charming, bed comfortable, but the lighting was dim.

Review 32：Service was slow at dinner (25 min wait for a drink) and breakfast ( 40minute wait ), despite only a few (6-8) diners. Satellite tv has verylimited content and is restricted to the Czech language. Free in housewi fi should be an improvement as this facility is fast becoming aninternational standard these days.

Review 33：Overall our expectations were met. Scenic riverside location. Largeclean,comfortable room. Friendly staff. Diner menu pricing wasreasonable with main courses and wines from about czk 300 upwards. Foodwas nicely presented but some elements below par on taste and texture.
