Review 1：We had no bad experiences.

Review 2：The room was lovely and the food excellent, especially the dinners. Breakfast was very nice. The welcome was excellent and very friendly. We had good advice about wines. It was the nicest place we have stayed for a long time, and we travel a lot.

Review 3：Rooms were quite small but with a modern feel. Comfy bed but rubbish pillow. Very small and tight car park. Bar closed Sunday and Monday. Car park entrance and hall stunk of smoke.

Review 4：Lovely bathroom. Comfy bed, clean, staff spoke ok English. Breakfast was better than most European attempts.

Review 5：No a/c means an extremely stuffy room when it is hot (it was when visited) - the windows will open, but then it sounds traffic is running straight through the room. So either/or.. Doors and walls are not very thick - in fact outside traffic is wonderfully blocked out with double windows, but inside noise is not - a pity.

Review 10：We had a wonderful large suite with 2 bedrooms in the attic, perfect for a family of 4, for less than we have paid elsewhere for a single cramped room. The service is friendly and efficient and the staff are attentive to everything. A great deal of care is taken even with small details, as can be seen with the lovely, fresh, well laid-out breakfast.

Review 27：The car park was awful lack if spaces was awful. It ment we had to leavethe car up where we lived and paid for a taxi back and forth which wasan inconvenience. It wasn't ideal for our situation of families in thearmy we stay in hotels before we leave Germany after moving out if ourhouses. So we had a lot of baggage with us as its not a normal stay.Rooms need updating can see that the bathrooms have and bar/ restaurant.I enjoyed my stay but I wouldn't recommend to military families. I'ddefinitely come back just for a city break without a car

Review 33：I've stayed at hotels with higher user rating.But perhaps it was the relatives of the owner. This hotel on the other hand deserves a higher rating. I loved the clean and large room and the message chair. Really good location, in the town centre and a short walk from the train station. The only thing I noticed that the carpet in the room looks little used, but I really dont care about this kind of stuff. I know some peple do. The main thing was everything else looked new and really clean.

Review 34：There was only about 5 parking spaces and none were availble. Theentrance into the parking area was so tight I thought I was going tolose a mirror. Then saw all spaces were taken and had to back out ontothe main street. For the 2 day stay I never got a parking space and hadto pay at a parking garage across the street. It was a nightmare andvery inconvenient.

Review 36：We remember the hotel from 30 years ago. The hotel has been developed atsome point nearly all of its character has been lost. The bedrooms arenow little boxes and characterless.There is the most horrible carpet throughout the hotel which extends into the bedrooms. We found the staff very mixed in thier welcome. There is language barrier however we did feel very unwelcome by 50% of the staff. The hotel is a small reflection of its former self. It is now a hotel to stay over for business. We would not recommend it for a holiday stay.
