Review 1：Breakfast was nice and fresh but with the same choices everyday. Although there was a range of cheeses etc there was little variety in other things e.g. Pastry selection limited to croissants so if you are staying for a long time it could get repetitive . For a five star hotel you would also expect an option of a cooked dish . Breakfast limitations were a little disappointing but worst thing was nearly getting electrocuted by bad lamp wiring . I understand that appliances can be defective in any hotel but it was reception attitude that was the worse aspect . The response was very casual and the lamp never replaced. This is worryingly casual attitude to safety. Luckily it wasn't our six year old who touched the lamp when sparks flew out of it or he'd of been hurt.

Review 3：The breakfast was poor and definitely not for a 5 star hotel. we usually went there at 10 am and the scrumbled eggs were always cold. The same breakfast every day. As for the staff, the lady working at the reception was very welcoming, however her colleague wasn't. When I asked him if he could give me any guide- book he wouldn't even put an effort to pull his head up and response, instead he kept looking at his computer and he just gave a cold answer " No", while in fact I saw an Albanian guide book on the shelf just behind him.

Review 4：The hotel location and hotel itself is nice. Clean rooms, sheets changed every day.

Review 5：Very poor breakfast, all the food in the restaurant was very bad cooked. The pool was not opened in the evening. The staff speaked very bad english. The Hotel is far from the city.

Review 6：The breakfast is not at the expected level. The orange juice and the coffee are simply bad. There is a nice variety of cheeses but the bread and croissants are scarce and they disappear as soon as they appear. The bathroom was not impressive, no bathtub and the first day we did not have any amenity, we were lucky we had brought from home. The second day we had double but only bath gel and shampoo. There was a cleaning lady visiting the room many times a day ( annoying) and she was just in front of the room just at 8:30. After breakfast we already had her in. It was really inconvenient.

Review 7：The hotel is above the average of the available hotels in the area.It is ranked as a five stars hotel, the swimming pool and the beach area together with the friendly services are indeed according to the rating. The views are impressive. The room was comfortable and large, quite dark. The bathroom was correct, bath ropes but to slippers.

Review 9：Loved this hotel, one of the best in Albania. The staff are so friendly and service is excellent, the rooms and hotel is spotless through out and all rooms overlook the sea. My husband and I only stayed for 2 nights but will definitely return next year for longer with our kids. This hotel has the facilities for everyone, young couples, mature couples, families. Location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches the South has to offer. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Review 10：The breakfast was not up to scratch with the rest of the facilities (lunch was great). Also, like elsewhere in Albania, staff (while lovely) need to improve their services skills a bit. Wifi connection in rooms did not always work.

Review 11：Great location on the outskirts of Himare (which means that it is quiet), and short walk to the 'private' beach. The rooms were comfortable with great views of the bay and towards the sunset. Would visit again if we go back to Himare.

Review 12：- Hotel cheated on us with the Exchange rate, when paying for our stay (we had to pay 13 Euro more, than booked) - the staff was very unfriendly and did not make you feel welcome - The cleaning staff constantly entered the room without knocking the door, while we were inside - ist was not allowed to bring our own water into the room (the receptionist advised to buy the 0,75 l from the Minibar for 3 Euro, there was just one bottle in the room and 40 C outside, plus no possibility to call the roomservice for more, because no phone in the room) - the fridge and airconditioning was very loud - the bar played music till late at night, so you can't sleep with an open door - the elevator didn't work for three days

Review 13：Himare is a beautiful place, the beach is lovely, there are nice restaurants and not so overcrowded like the other destinations in albania. The more guests were in the Hotel, the better the breakfast was.

Review 14：Wi fi in rooms didn't work, took 10 minutes to get hot water running each time and poor water pressure, no door in between two sleeping areas, breakfast was very minimal, exposed wires in walls by lights. Loud street noise and barking all night from nearby stray dogs, beds not made for you, you have to make up your own bed. One of our two rooms had an old fashioned tv, not flat screen.

Review 15：Swimming pool and garden area were beautiful and nicely landscaped. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Nice selection of toiletry products in bathroom.

Review 16：The staff was incompetent if sweet. There was not enough toilet paper in the rooms, there were no telephones in the rooms, they got our reservation wrong and could not really correct the situation. We had to rent an extra room to fix the situation.

Review 18：There should be more investments on the beach area: the road from the hotel to the beach was a disaster. In addition, the reserved beach area should be available any time, regardless whether it’s the proper season of vacations. More specifically, I was there in July and the beach area was not ready yet as the appropriate time was supposed to be in the month of august.
