Review 1：We are a family of 3 with a 4 yr old, and the bed wasn't pushed together so we were very uncomfortable with two twin beds. Parking isn't paid for so it will cost you 30€ a night (underground parking) location meh . didn't have there breakfast way to expensive for per person. Overall nice hotel but it could be better.

Review 2：Very small bathroom, room designed for one person ie, 1 bathrobe and slippers, coffee and tea for one person, one shower cap for my wife, having to ask all the time for extra room items. Room very hot despite using temperature controls, gave up and left window open all time !. Charged 50 Euros a day deposit when checking in, despite Booking.com paperwork clearly stating no deposit required, this caused us a serious shortfall of cash and having to rely on other means to continue with holiday!.

Review 5：This is a modern hotel with kind, helpful and professional staff. I found my room comfortable and clean, I had a great view, and I loved the possibility of early check-in and late check out. Hotel bar and bartenders are excellent. The hotel is relatively close to all the major attractions. I will most certainly come again.

Review 26：though the hotel looks like a cold block of flats on the outside, the interior is quite modern and design oriented. the light installation above the reception desk is great :) the rooms are nice, the breakfast takes place in a cozy area. it is by the river and close to the centre. helpful staff.

Review 27：Being told that it would be impossible to have a shower before my 20+ hour flights back to Australia. I checked out and the hotel kindly stored my bags until I finished work the day I was flying home. An extra half day (to allow me to check out at 5pm) would be charged at 90 euro even though I paid 120 euro for the night which did not make sense. Lots of young staff giving the same rehearsed lines with not a lot of decision making skills/ability.

Review 28：Loved the modern vibe and decor. 5 min walk to the main station which was just doable to walk with heavy luggage. Very appreciative of the iron and ironing board in the room (as I was travelling for business) and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Choice of TV channels was outstanding. I would recommend the hotel and stay here again.

Review 33：We did not like the fact that you only had the option of the full cold and hot buffet breakfast for 23 Euro - this is a very out of date approach. We went across to Intercontinental where you could either have grab and go for 7 Euro, cold buffet for 16 Euro or the whole buffet for ?25 Euro. The 4 of us had the cold buffet and we're very happy!

Review 44：Apart from the two staff members mentioned above, the rest seemed stressed and overwrought. It clearly was not a welcome thing that I had a reservation from booking.com. it was a kind of "nothing is possible with THAT kind of booking" situation. Breakfast is served in the dining room where six chairs had normal height. The rest was couch height. Unpleasant and uncomfortable. Great, perhaps, if you are 25. Not so great if you're over 60. I stay in many hotels. Often through Booking.com. I normally give positive feedback, because most hotels are friendly and welcome. I'm probably not the target group for Wyndham Grand.

You cannot possibly enjoy your meal if you have to perch on the edge of the couch or sit on kindergarten size chairs. We went across the road to Intercontinental for dinner. (Most) staff do not go out of their way for their guests; there is no concierge, and the person I spoke with wasn't willing to step up with helpful advice. The biggest issue I had with this hotel is that the telephone number on their home page directs guests to a call centre in the US--which didn't have a record of my Frankfurt booking when I called to confirm ahead of time because the Wyndham chain's main call center doesn't link their database to all their worldwide hotels. Why on earth??? This is inconceivable in 2015 and took much sorting out....

Upon complaining, an Afghani bell boy came and insisted the a/c was cooling and opened up the window to insist that it will reduce the heat in the room. Vwry very rude person. The receptionist changed rooms for me. Overall the hotel was good but some staff very cold and some were very friendly. It seemed that the the morning staff were much more friendly than the evening staff. The rooms were a bit oddly designed with the bed in the center of the room.. But i guess ok for people with an odd taste.
