Review 1：Small thing: The windows of our room should be refurbished although they still worked fine.

Review 2：Beautiful area for long walks with the dog and nearby the cities: prum, bitburg and trier. The hotel is also a bakkery so breakfast is great! Diner is also good. Personel is very friendly and wifi also works fine. Room is cleaned every day including removing all the dogs hair, and the shower is hot!

Review 3：Some staff were rude others very helpful. English only spoken by one staff mbr. Room cleaning was below standard - same "dust bunny" on floor for 3 days. TV inop.

Review 5：Room was very clean but dated. Decent value for what we paid however.

Review 6：Decent breakfast, good location near to the reservoir. Most of the staff were very friendly. WIFI better then in many hotels and free too. Nice garden at the hotel.

Review 7：When we arrived the girl at the reception (and the same serving the dinner) was not very friendly and did not made us feel welcome. She ven seemed annoyed that we wanted to have dinner, even though we were in good time before cosing.

Review 20：We asked for a double bed, but got 2 separate beds, put together with agap between it, with 2 small separate sheets. The room was quite coldand the sheets very thin. It took several hours to get the room heated alittle bit. We didn't find any extra blankets.
