Review 4：They are very normal. No promises, no false smiles, no false etiquette... very honest and, they are in the best address of Puerto Madryn. Absolutely in front of the tourist harbor, so excellent view even from the 3rd floor.

Review 5：Safe stopped working, but no urgency to fix it Often breakfast would be started earlier than the stated time (7am) so when you got there all at 7am it was cold and picked over. Staff was very slow to refresh, even when it was pointed out. Room was shabby and worn, and there was a constant sound of running water. Watch out for the massive VAT (21%) which drives the high price higher

Review 11：The pool could not be used in spite that I payed for it. I was not informed of that before my arrival and was not offered any retribution. The jacuzzi is old and water jets weak! The carpet of our room needs replacement as the TV set. I dislike not being awaited by the hotel: our room was overheated because of the sun and the air conditioner was not turned-on.

Review 17：Was not as clean as I had hoped, carpets were dirty, sheets needed to be replaced. The televisions were old and often didn't get signal. Our room did not have Wi-fi we had to sit in the hall to get it to work. The refused to work with us in regards to allowing our family of 5 (with a baby) sleep in a family of 4 room where we could have all been together in one room.
