Review 1：We arrived with children late in the evening after driving long time and everyone very hungry but there were no kitchen open anymore in any of the restaurants and all you could have was bar snacks and it took ages as the bar was full and only one waiter

Review 6：One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in, ever. Everything has been thought of and provided - there's a soft night light to guide you to the bathroom, and the turndown service places small sheets on the floor beside the bed so you can be assured of placing your bare feet onto a clean surface when you stumble out of bed. Lovely, large pool and spa facilities, and wonderful countryside. Every room has an amazing view, no matter which side they are on. Extremely attentive service. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Review 8：Everything. It seems in Germany that you pay double the room rate and get 4 times the room! This is my favourite hotel in Germany. I found everything to be close to flawless.

Review 9：The customer service provided by every member of staff was exceptional; the facilities in the suite were excellent. We were able to relax fully throughout our stay and any queries we had were addressed immediately, meaning we could make the most of the local area as well.

Above all -- terrific spa with heated indoor and outdoor pools, included in price!

Review 16：We were extremely disappointed with the staff in general. It started at the reception, where it felt we didn't get the same explanations as the people next to us checkin in. Afterwards on the sun terrace, service was extremely slow, plus we had to then leave the terrace for a wedding event. It continued at dinner, which was really the peak of our negative experience. It took long until we even got our drinks, but after that it got worse and we waited a total of 1h 20min to only get our soup. Our waiter even forgot to give us bread and only served that when we urged about the soup. His apology then was that the ticket was lost in the kitchen..., but it was clearly him that was not managing his tables. Fast speed internet was an extra 12 Euro and required another visit to the Reception...with room prices like this, this should really be an included service.
