Hotel Internazionale sells fast on our site. The Internazionale is an elegant, historic building in the historic center of Bologna, just an 8-minute walk from Bologna Centrale Train Station. The spacious rooms all include air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

Review 1：Loved if that was a spa, but that's hardly a bad point!!!

Review 2：The hotel location was perfect!! East access to all the sites!! Rooms were clean and tidy!! Housekeeping were really efficient!! Breakfast was good had everything you need!! Reception staff were also very accommodating which was really appreciated!!

It is very well placed and there are a lot of shops and restaurants very close. You can walk everywhere (city center, train station, attractions).

Review 6：The hotel is bit dated but very clean. Comfortabel bed. As we arrived late we were a bit disappointed that there was no restaurant, but they directed us to a nearby restaurant "Il Moro" which was very nice. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was also massive, with a big corner spa bath and double vanity. Breakfast was not amazing but a nice buffet. Would definitely stay there again if in Bologna.

Review 30：The first time I came across a 4-star hotel that not only does not include an iron and an ironing board in the room but also does not provide it upon request. The reason quoted was that there was a fire a few years ago. Instead, it was advised that we use their laundry services - at a very hefty price.

Review 48：We asked to call a taxi, but the first one was too small for our luggage plus the wheelchair. We had to wait for another 20 minutes for a bigger taxi...it is also our fault that we should have communicated with the hotel more about the wheelchair issue.

Review 49：We stayed in a triple barrier-free room (one of us was using wheelchair) breakfast included, however we had to leave the hotel at 4am. I never have expected but the hotel provided us three baskets to take away with us. Since the shops and bars are all closed early in the morning, it was an extremely kind offer and also the quality was high. The room was also very clean, with a huge bathroom, which made it easy for the wheelchair user to take a shower. We very much appreciate the hospitality from the hotel.

Review 51：Location, a short walk from the train station which is where the Airport's BLQ bus drops you off, then only a 5 min walk to the main tourist part of toen. Maybe I was lucky but my room was quiet, I did not hear any neighbouring room dwellers.

Review 52：Staff seemed unhelpful and not very friendly. The Booking.com page gave the impression one could choose upper floors but it was an illusion (not sure why the page asks you that if not sure they can deliver or even inform you what to expect). The hotel was unable and unwilling to provide and iron for clothes when requested. If one arrives for business late at night and needs clothes ironed for early morning...too bad. Not a hotel that seems happy with booking.com reservations.

Review 63：We were in a deluxe room, which was light, spacious and very comfortable: it had a small sofa, large windows and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also great, with its corner bath and overhead shower, bidet, toilet, two hand basins, toiletries, slippers and toweling robes. The hotel is in a perfect location: equidistant from the station and many of the sights. There's also a wealth of restaurants to choose from within a five minute stroll under the porticos.The breakfast is also very good, with plentiful options available, and all very fresh.

Review 70：See above, plus very soft/old mattress which caused a back pain; the air conditioning did not work properly, basic food at the breakfast, i.e. the cheapest possible items that would in their view 'satisfy' the average traveller, such as cold eggs, bright yellow omelette that looked very artificial, basic fruits, scarce cheese and ham and packaged muesli - really this is what is offered at a so-called 4-star hotel??? Try again, and don't forget to finally invest in new mattresses as the old ones were of the quality you could expect in a youth hostel.

This is not okay.No mention was made on check in that the air conditioning was broken down, it was not repaired until the following day and we spent the first night absolutely sweltering. No allowance was made for this in terms of the charge. The bacon at breakfast was so salty it was inedible.

Review 101：Booked a deluxe room, but Hotel I tried to give a regular. The explanation was that Booking.com has pictures of hardwood floor rooms and they give those to everybody who booked through Booking. We wanted to charge PDAs so we left another key card into the elec slot. Wanted to make sure that the room would be cleaned we put a please clean the room sign on the door. This didn't help. No cleaning.In a 4 star hotel ( which I don't think this is ) this should not happen. There was also water dripping from the roof in the hallway.

The location was ideal, halfway between the city centre and the railway station. Reception staff were very helpful. I would certainly stay here again.
