Review 1：It didn't match the description given by booking.com. We were first offered a very small, dark cell with no windows. We refused. We were then offered a room with a window overlooking the common walkway. When we made to leave, we were given a lovely airy room with a window overlooking the street with a fan but no air con. Maybe more checks need to be made of your properties.

Review 3：We stayed here, had a few days in Bolivia and returned. The first room we had was spacious but overlooked Main Street with a building site and club opposite. Ask for room at back, more peaceful!!

Review 11：The hotel is about 2 min walk to the Main Street where you can find shops and restaurants. Good location. It is especially nice that when I arrived at 6:30am after a 9-hour bus ride from San Pedro de Atacama, they allowed me to check in immediately so that I can take a shower and have some rests. Very considerate in this regard.

When I asked about it, I was told that several of the rooms had the same issue... and that was it. The person in the front desk did not even offer an apology for the inconvenience.
