Review 2：Nothing was too much trouble for Perry. His warm welcolm was greatly appreciated. He even upgraded us to a private villa with our own pool. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definately book here again.

Review 3：The apartment was not clean. There were dirty spots everywhere from previews travelers. We found a huge grasshopper in the bedroom from the first night. Although the pictures from booking shows swimming pool, no swimming pool exist.

Review 5：Despite emailing prior to arrival (negative reviews re not getting accommodstion as booked )Villa not available on arrival, offered 'upgrade' which we took for first night - could have stayed there but bugs/ moths found in the bed next morning!!! and too many steps. Able to move lunchtime the next day which wasted our holiday time. Villa Maria : hardly anything electrical worked! Batteries in remotes, bulbs, air con in main bedroom, ceiling fan in main bedroom, tv no satellite, broken music centre. No furniture in garden area so only outdoor seating was on the balcony which is in shade all day. Two days before we were due to leave someone else knocked at the door with a booking.com reservation for villa maria for a week. We sent him to see the owner at Perrys restaurant.

Review 6：Quiet location, easy reach of restaurants, beach and shops, everything needed for self catering holiday inckuding a big fridge/freezer. Adrianne very helpful and efficient.

Review 7：The property is not as discribed.It is not a villa but an apartment. Needs cleaning and maintenance. No sea view. No pool. A long way from the beach.

Review 9：Did not know of change of accomodation or it's address until arrival and only after we had rung the contact no. . Promised Sea view was very limited and amid painter/renovation works to adjacent appartments going on throughout our stay.

Review 11：The distance to the beach, as is was like 2 km, but if you have a car - its not a problem at all!

Review 12：Very helpful personnel - provided us with everything we needed and even more - took care of our little son by providing a kids' chair and other things, which was very kind! The owner was so kind as he upgraded us with a better villa (with private pool and free wifi) with no extra charge. It was a nice surprise :) We definitely recommend this property.

Review 15：It will be better, if coffee maker appears in the kitchen, but it is not obligatory. You can make coffee in the bucket.

Review 16：We stayed at apartments in January 2015. All was very good. If you decide to stay at this villa in winter time ask the owner for the heater for living room. For bedrooms there is conditioners, wich can make hot air. Meny thanks to Pericles! Best wishes in New Year!

Review 18：We really enjoyed our all too brief stay at villa Maria in cyprus Perry and all his staff are warm and friendly and are always willing to help even when you can see they are busy Recommended ! Would go back

Review 19：The apartment cleanliness was below average. We had to clean it further especially since we had our 2 year old exploring everything. Instead of the LCD TV advertised on the website, there was a tiny CRT (old bulky type) TV. Not a problem for us though. The communal areas of the development were completely unattended and therefore dirty and messy.

Review 20：The quiet location within a serene holiday development. Not far from the sea. We were given a brand new baby-cot for our little daughter (though the accompanying thick mattress was old and not suitable). The amount of equipment including a dvd player and a video player with a good selection of movies on both formats. Almost anything you would need for your holiday was already in the apartment which seems as if it is the regular residence of someone. Note thought that there were more than 1 apartments available in the same development. They one we got was similar to the one advertised but not identical. Therefore the description refers to the one given to us. Different apartments (all under the Maria Villa name) may be in different condition or have different equipment provided.

Review 21：If you are young, it will be boring to stay in Pissouri. It's better to choose another place. But it's not a problem of villa, actually.

Review 22：The villa is great, there are all facilities which you need. Very calm and peaceful. A very good choice for a family with children. The owner, Mr.Perry, is very nice.

Review 27：We loved this villa ,perry was very kind on arrival he met us in pissouri bay and took us up there. villa was exactly as it looks in the pics clean everything working. peaceful location but only a five minute walk to the restaurants in Pissouri bay.
