Review 1：The soundproofing in the hotel is very horrible. You could easily hear something, when somebody walk by your room, or your neighbors are using toilet, taking shower etc.... And when I opened the curtain, I saw somebody's bike park outside of my window.

Review 6：The breakfast is excellent: great selection and quality. We arrived very early in the morning and were able to check in (possibly one of the fastest check-ins I've had) - much appreciated after a 12-hour flight. We liked that our room was very quiet. An S-Bahn station (Muhlberg) is about 2 minutes' walk and city-centre access is only two stops away. Having a grocery (Lidl) directly across the street is a huge plus.

Review 9：The hotel sold its self as totally non smoking. It had a large ash tray right at the front door. It also had in reception a cigarette vending machine!! The lobby and corridors of the hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.(not good). The bedroom lacked any drawer space and the bedside lighting was inadequate. Also bedroom was on the cool side we could not get any warm air out of the air conditioning unit even when set for 30 degrees. We stayed 4 nights one would have been enough

It's because there were some kind of changes in the tram line, so the airport wasn't directly connected to the hotel, which forced me to change at the station. That wasn't that bad, only unexpected, as when I had booked the line was still "normal". And of course, that wasn't the hotel's fault!

Even has supermarket right across the street. Im picky but cannot find a bad thing to say. I extended my Frankfurt stay for the wonderful value and comfort after a long flight. Perfect place to adjust time zones.. The shades made it so I can sleep at any hour just as if it was night!

The hotel is in a convenient location with a short walk to the nearest train stop to one direction, and a wide selection of restaurants and small shops to the other. The room was clean and cozy with an amazingly comfortable bed. I had little interaction with the staff butbut when I did they were all so friendly and courteous! And the breakfast = A+! Honestly the best selection and quality I have ever eaten at a hotel. I would definitely recommend!

Review 31：Don't stay here for your first Frankfurt visit. There is nothing picturesque or convenient about this hotel, and it's not easy walking distance from anything. No restaurants nearby, and front rooms get steady traffic noise. But Frankfurt is very easy to get around, and there are S-bahn, tram, and U-bahn stops within a couple minutes walk.

Refreshed in the last 5 years, good internet, easy transport connections--S Bahn from the airport stops 1 block away. I hate to share this place because I want to make sure I can reserve here!

Review 44：I am severely allergic to feathers and made a request to have a room feather free. I became very ill the first night and when I asked the next morning they told me they have all their linens in one closet. For someone that has a true allergy any contact with down or feathers will cause a reaction, just like a peanut allergy. They said they would do something about it but I continued to be ill with severe asthma and had to take medications for the last three days of our trip. It ruined my vacation. They should refund my stay.

Review 47：Try to avoid this hotel: it is cheap for much founded reasons. Very small breakfast room – a real inconvenient when the hotel is fully booked! Some of the receptionists were at least not interested in the requests of the hotel guests (one of them very young, almost teenager, and maybe temporary was rude). We booked 2 double rooms. One of them was OK - *** kind of room. The second one was B4 – very small room, big and cold bathroom with an old smelly heater – ** kind of room. Our complaints were ignored. They told us that the hotel is fully booked, nothing could be done and, moreover, our stay is too long!

Review 70：I stayed in 5 hotels in Germany during my course of travel. This is by far the best one at the price I paid. The tram is just outside the hotel, going around the city will not be an issue. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They have a big screen LCD, which I don't get in the other 4 hotels I stayed in. The water pressure is excellent as well.
