Review 1：free wifi is OK for browsing ,drops out now and again,perhaps not suitable for downloading films but who wants to watch films with all that lovely scenery,you have the option for on cable internet at a charge,...the weather! but of course,out of the hotel's control!

Review 2：the location is excellent,right on the banks of the Rhine with a tram route running past right outside,river boat station a few minutes walk and DB station ten to fifteen minutes walk;the hotel is very clean ;I disagree with some clients comments that it is dated;rather it is in the "classic" style,not one of the blingy marble palaces;excellent ,helpful staff,all with a good command of various languages;rooms very comfortable,the suite we had was good value for money

Review 3：TV was from the 1990's - ridiculously old and small. Wi-Fi signal was poor at best. Buffet Dinner was bland and mediocre at best. Carpet in room was stained. Hotel needs a makeover.

Review 5：Replenishing at breakfast very slow and the necessity to ask for replacement shower gel etc in rooms. Bathrobes were in the room last year, but had to ask for them this year. Nevertheless had a fabulous time!

Review 7：We booked a hotel room with airco because of warm weather (35 degrees+). The airco was not working properly and we had to open the window at night to cool down the room a bit to get some sleep at least. Parking nearby is not free anymore as indicated in the hotel description.

Review 8：Room housekeeping could be improved. The steam bath, which is one of the reasons I choose this hotel, is almost always out of order. No concierge service. Not much help in asking info on the interesting restaurants and places of interest around.

Review 12：There is a tram line that runs right outside the hotel and frequency of the trams is quite high even very late in the night. Quite a lot of noise in the room because of this. The bed size itself is small, though the room was big. Very old TV, tube based, not flat screen.

Review 13：The location is amazing, right in the banks of Rhein, with beautiful views. The window in the room that I stayed opens to the full view of the river. Close to the high street and shops. The room size was quite big with a full size sofa and table.

Review 14：Garage parking pretty poor, limited space if you have a largish car. Had niggles over what I had paid for with initial booking payment. Amounts were small but I do like to know exactely where I stand.
