Review 1：Absolutely stunning views and first class accommodations. On site dinning was fabulous with several options. Food was terrific, breakfast buffet was the best we had while traveling (and it was included in the price)

Review 2：Great breakfast, all foods are bio and healthy. Great location in the center of Berchtesgaden. Nice front desk is willing to provide every service you need. The resterant is also worthy to try.

Review 3：In breakfast waiters take me to seat in a place far from buffet and is a huge area. They said that others tables were reserved. But 70% of tables were empty. If is true , it's quite absurd book tabkes for breakfast because they are similars. And I didn't see this kind of service.

Review 12：Lovely big room, ate in pizza restaurant and panorama restaurant and both were great. Fantastic bar, and beautiful pool. Great central location. Remember to get parking ticket from reception and use it to get in and out of car park.

Review 13：It was disappointed that you could not control the air conditioning in your room. The central air worked from the bottom floors up. If your there in the summer, get a lower floor. Our room was warmer than we prefered, especially with no ceiling fan.

Review 15：Everything. Hotel absolutely the best I have ever stayed in. Room excellent, bar excellent, parking excellent, pool excellent, location excellent. Staff are the most attentive ever, it's a big hotel but attention to detail is second-to-none, stayed in 6 4* hotels within 8 days and this one I will never forget. Only stayed here one night, already regretting it. A must is to go to the penthouse pool after dark, they have a very clever lighting display and a beautiful view of the mountains.

Review 28：Only one criticism: outside space for dining was booked out to locals and visitors so that hotel guests had only second or even third choice of tables, usually the ones that were in full sun - it was 35 degrees when we were there! I did voice my opinion to staff and my complaint was listened to but I very much doubt it will be acted upon. Hotel guests should get first choice and when is left should be given to 'outsiders'.

Review 54：This is a huge hotel but they still greet you in a friendly manner with a courteous smile and very good english. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with good beds. Loved the indoor swimming pool on the top floor with views of the mountains, then drinking beer on a deck chair looking out the floor to ceiling windows - WOW! Wonderful Italian pizza restaurant attached to the hotel just great food. Very centrally located and easy to find. Brilliant breakfast too :)
