Review 5：The room should have been checked over before occupation by the Hausmeister , the heating in the bathroom and sitting room needed bleeding, especially in the bathroom only 1/10th of radiator working. The balcony was unswept and the chairs should have been wiped down. Small items but they mean a lot.
